Super old house. Shiny Carpet Cleaning cleaned all hardwood and tile. Great value and excellent service. I don't usually leave reviews but they did such a great job I had to endorse! Jonathan oversaw the project from start to finish to make sure I was happy with the work–needless to say, I am.

Douglas was amazing!!! He was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning didn’t take much time. My carpet was in such bad shape before the cleaning (years of heavy use and cat vomit in maybe 10 spots) so I thought about getting new carpet, but am so happy I didn’t and went with Shiny carpet cleaning because Douglas made it look as good as new! I’ll definitely be using the service again.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet when we moved out of our apartment! They even managed to get rid of an old stain that had been there from the last tenant! Their price was also very good for the area.

Not only was his communication on ETA excellent, but he was friendly, professional, reassuring, & respectful - everything one would hope for in what has become a rare phenomenon - good old-fashioned customer service! My light bedroom carpet had gotten stained with dirt & boot tracks & Douglas made it look like new.
He also power-washed my front walkways & washed away all of the dirt, grime, kitty litter, & de-icing salts.
Douglas is such a delightful man who clearly has pride in his work & making customers happy.
