I hired DC Metro Cleaning Services for my home in Arlington, and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, punctual, and left my house spotless. It's hard to find reliable cleaners in the NOVA area, but I was really impressed with their attention to detail. Highly recommend!

When we bought our home, the carpets were in complete disrepair. They had large bumps throughout them, were stained, and had many dents in it. Overall, the carpets probably hadn't seen a professional cleaning in their lifetime. This company did a fantastic job and now our carpets looks brand new! The company stretched the carpets back into place, removed all stains and dents, as well as did a general cleaning. We will certainly use this company again in the future. Lastly, the price was fair and was only $300 for all of this work in comparison to the $3-5K+ it would take to replace our carpet. Thank you!

The company gave me a call after seeing my review and sent someone else out again for another cleaning ON THEM. The second cleaning did the trick because my area rug looked noticeably different. See? The customer service is really quite wonderful, just as I stated in my original review. I hope this was helpful! I would update my stars to a FULL 4 STARS ****

The customer service was great (hence my 3 stars) and they were able to get out the pet urine stain from one of my area rugs but unfortunately, the rugs still look the same overall. I don’t think the cleaning helped much in the removal of dirt stains.

WOW! These guys are amazing! Simply the best! FAST and on time (actually early!) Marvin the technician was professional, polite and a true expert. My carpets look amazing. I am a realtor and I will be recommending them to all of my clients after the job they did for me.

I had PRC out to clean an area rug and my couch and they did a great job. Good communication and took much less than time an anticipated. The price is also very reasonable and competitive with other local cleaners. I will definitely be using them again!

The service was quick, effective, and very friendly. We had an old couch and armchair steam cleaned, and they look (and smell 🤣) so much better. I’ll definitely use their services again!

Professional Carpet Restoration is my go-to for getting my sectional sofa cleaned annually in my Airbnb. They always do a great job, are professional, and timely. Jorge came out today and did a great job cleaning my sectional sofa. I had some hard to remove spots that they got out so am excited to se it dry. As always, I would highly recommend them and will use again!

I was impressed with from the appointment setting ( customer service) to the project. The gentleman on the phone who set the appointment was patient and highly thorough of what services the company provides and what is expected throughout the services. I received a call 20 min prior to their arrival which was on time. And now I satisfied with our clean carpets for the holidays. Thank you

The two gentlemen who came to service my apartment for steam cleaning were very professional. They wore shoe covers, & got the work done. I was there when they came, but had to leave a go to work. They were on time polite and got the job done. My daughter said they had done an awesome job. Will be using again in the future, I highly recommend the service.

Highly recommend! Jorge asked if he could come by a little earlier than scheduled, which was GREAT. He was so nice and professional. He did a great job at cleaning my couch and it only took about 20 minutes. I will definitely use their services again.

This company did an amazing job cleaning not only an off white carpet, but a white sectional in addition to repairing a burn in the carpet. It was nearly impossible to find someone who could do it, but Jeimy did an excellent job. He was extremely professionalism and provided great work. They even called a few days later to see if the service provided met our expectations and it definitely did.

They did a good job with removing the furniture indentations, stretched and cleaned my carpet. Would hire again.

PCR responded right away to my request. The services were performed well, preceded by a thorough inspection of each item to be cleaned. The final cost was exactly as estimated. Would use again.

If I could give Professional Carpet Restoration 10 stars I would. They completed carpet stretching where in various places it started to fold over time. Price was very competitive, they could come sooner than anyone else, and work was meticulous. Also technicians Rene and Angel were super professional/friendly, on time, and extremely helpful keeping everything clean and putting all my personal belongings back to their original places. Awesome job!!!

This is the company I call for all things carpet repair. Years after my first amazing experience, I followed up with a request for a new location carpet stretching. They were prompt with response, provided a reasonable estimate, and Jaime who came and performed the work was exactly on time, professional, respectful of my home (booties over shoes worn), and did an amazing job.
