Miguel did an outstanding job on the carpets, especially since the home had pets. He was friendly, provided excellent customer service, and was able to fit us in on short notice, which really helped since we were in a rush to prepare the house. Progressive Cleaning has been cleaning our home for a couple months now and it has been wonderful! Evelyn is always very responsive to our questions about scheduling and pricing. And the cleaners leave our house in immaculate condition. Our house has never been so clean!

We hired progressive to clean our house before move in and we were very happy with their services. We thought that the house was decently clean but wanted to hire the cleaners for piece of mind and they somehow managed to dig up dirt and thoroughly clean to perfection in areas that we may not have even realized needed to be cleaned. They were also very kind and hard working! We have scheduled to have them come back monthly and are very happy with their services and professionalism every time they come. We highly recommend them!

Progressive cleaning is amazing! They do such a wonderful job and take really good care of every area of my home. I rarely get time to do such a thorough clean and with the ladies at Progressive cleaning I never have to worry about that anymore. I cannot recommend them enough!

I feel that I am pretty *particular* about cleaning. I clean spots that most people would miss, and I am very good at noticing imperfections. I wasn't sure what the services would be like since I know my standards are outrageously high, but I wanted to try it. I have used progressive cleaners twice and:

1) The women who came to clean both times were SO friendly and professional!
2) They did an amazing job cleaning - my place looks fantastic, and they got all the areas/spots I thought they would miss.

We have used Progressive for our every-other-week house cleaning services for a few years now. We have been very happy with them! We had a couple of minor hiccups with scheduling and access to the house early on but they have been very reliable ever since. Their cleanings are very thorough and the few times we’ve had small concerns we emailed Evelyn and they were sure to address the issues on their next visit. We’ve had several cleaning services over the years since moving to the DC metro area and are very happy with the service we receive with Progressive. I would give them a 4 1/2 star rating if I could!

I originally used Progressive for irregular deep cleanings and was impressed each time. They are very thorough and consistently focus on details, which is very hard to find in a residential cleaning company (I've hired four others in the area over the past few years and they never seem to maintain the initial level of service). After demonstrating consistent performance I decided to hire Progressive for regular cleanings. I would recommend their services to friends and colleagues who are seeking to outsource this chore.

September 2019 UPDATE: I continue to use Progressive for regular cleaning services and they continue to perform outstanding. They also show their appreciation to long time customers by accommodating last minute cleaning needs and are always so courteous. Highlight recommend!

I hired Progressive Cleaning Corp. to complete a deep clean of my home in preparation for a large party I was hosting. Evelyn and crew are wonderful to work with. Scheduling was easy, even with my last minute request. They were clear with how the process would work and were able to provide a general estimate prior to booking. The cleaning crew arrived on time and after a quick tour of my home got to work immediately. They were pleasant, thorough and left my home in amazing shape. After their visit my home looked beautiful and was ready for entertaining! I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

We have used Progressive Cleaning Corporation's services for the past 6 months or so and we cannot say enough good things about them. Their services range from weekly, bi-weekly, to monthly which allows the customer great flexibility in determining what level of support that they are looking for. Evelyn is extremely responsive and flexible. She typically returns phone calls or e-mails within an hour or two if sent during normal business hours and if sent overnight she responds first thing in the morning. I've had to reschedule from time to time when my schedule has changed and when you provide her 24 hour notice she is more than gracious to work with you to find a new date and time that will best fit your schedule. Customer service is one of Progressive Cleaning Corporation's strong suits. Evelyn's team is very courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. They work very efficiently and pay close attention to detail to ensure that they deliver outstanding service each and every time they come to our home. The products they use are safe and organic which is a big plus and they have a unique ability to totally refresh your home while also leaving little to no evidence that they were even there. It is very clear that they take great care and pride in their work. There is no better feeling than coming home to a spotless home after a busy work day. The ladies were very thorough. So thorough we didn't know all that they would move and clean. Books on the book shelf were part of an important collection. They moved them to clean the shelves. Putting them back in the same location was not part of their process. Services in the past were not as thorough and now we know to ask the ladies not to move certain items. They couldn't know what they didn't know and we didn't know what guidelines were necessary for us. Seeing how well they cleaned, we will definitely have Progressive come to us regularly.
