They performed a move out cleaning on my apartment and were great. They were right on time and it only took about 2 hours for my 1br/1ba. The place was so clean when I left that my previous landlord actually complimented them when they reviewed the place. They were even very flexible when I had to change my date about a week before the service.

There was a minor billing issue but they were very transparent about what happened and they let me know when I accidentally overpaid.

I was very pleased with the service from Progressive Cleaning Corp. I have an 800 square foot apartment and I was truly impressed with how much work the two cleaners were able to accomplish in just 1 and half hours. They arrived on time and got to work very quickly. I will definitely use this service again.

Did my very first clean with the company and thought it was great. They arrived promptly and cleaned everything spotless definitely would recommend especially at such an affordable rate.

Hired Progressive Cleaning to do a move in clean. I had special requests and they were able to accommodate them such as cleaning the ashes out of fireplace and inside the windows. They did a thorough job and the house looked amazing! I also had to reschedule my cleaning as there was work being done on our house and it got delayed. I communicated with Jason about my bookings and he was very responsive and explained the services/billing process clearly. I highly recommend this cleaning service and would use them again!

I was gifted a house cleaning for Mother's Day and what a treat! We had four women help clean our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and they were amazing. They were quick and efficient, yet perfect with every detail. They cleaned things I didn't know needed to be cleaned and neatly placed items in their original spot. I was very impressed with every room and I was wowed by the result. They even cleaned our dog beds. If you love carpet vacuum lines, then this is the company for you! We will use them in the future and recommend this company to others.

While Progressive should have sent 3-4 cleaners to complete in the estimated time, the 2 ladies did a fantastic job and stayed the additional hours to get the house move-in ready. I needed an initial deep clean, so did not expect a white glove service but was pleasantly pleased that there was some attention to detail. Do note the additional time costed, so advise clarity when accepting their quote.

Overall great experience! The team was fast and efficient and ensured every step from submitting the request to its completion was as simple as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service!

This was my first time using this company, as i am dissatisfied with the service provided. My TV stand was not dusted, my bathroom shelves not clean in none of my 4 bathrooms, towel holders not clean as well as a few other things i observed.Im Very upset because I paid the invoice 5 min after i received it. When i got home from work and started observing the service i paid for. I called Jason and shared some of my concerns as he stated he will call me back. As of now, nothing. The payment went through and that's the end of that.

TLDR: Consistently overprices for its services.

I have used this service twice in the past. On both occasions, I expressly noted that I only wished for part of the house to be cleaned, and was consistently quoted higher prices (for the full house) until I followed up to clarify it was only a partial cleaning. Recently, when I attempted to request another service, I was again quoted a significantly higher price than I had paid the prior two times. When I tried to get an explanation for the higher price, they refused to provide an explanation and and merely said that the quote would not reflect the final price. Although I simply wanted to know how the quote had been calculated, they refused to provide additional information and asked me to find a different service.

My family has been using Progressive for many years. They are always so accommodating and reliable. Their cleaning teams always do a thorough and precise job. We appreciate their care for my mother, who has health issues. They go above and beyond to make sure they get it right.

The MagiCleaners were very responsive and very fairly priced. We had an aggressive timeline to put our house on the market and MagiCleaners were able to get us scheduled within days and did an amazing job! The team arrived 8am and didn't leave until after 6pm. They were incredibly thorough, cleaning a three story 5 bedroom single family home in a single day. Really performed a miracle to help us present our house looking as good as the day we bought it 13yrs ago.

We used their services for about 5 months and had to terminate it. The first time they came , they did an awesome job and we were happy . After that the quality of their service kept decreasing. When we made our initial complaint, they came back and re did the cleaning , so we decided to give them another chance . However, they came yesterday for cleaning and once again we were disappointed. When we were researching cleaning services in the area , despite the fact that this company had the highest rate, we went with them thinking they had better Google reviews. Unfortunately we were wrong. I hate to I leave a bad review, but I hope it will encourage them to improve their services .
