Oneida and Brenda, my current cleaning team (#7), are wonderfully courteous and professional experts who do their work efficiently and well every time they come. They are very reliable
and always a pleasure to welcome into my home. Overall, The Cleaning Authority offers a high quality service and a great cleaning and office staff.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for our home for years. Our cleaning team is Team #1. Today it was Angelica and a sub, Esperanza but we normally have a regular lady who cleans with Angelica but we can’t remember her name. But we love our Team #1 and look forward to them being here every other week. We recommend them for a bonus. They are the best as far as we are concerned.

We’ve had a great experience using Cleaning Authority for monthly cleans to help us keep up our house, which with kids, pets, and limited time can be a struggle. We look forward to that clean-house-day feeling every time! Most recently, we had Team 12 Maria A and Doris, who did a thorough, sparkling job and greeted our family sweetly. We appreciate you! We’ve also had other teams over the year and always been happy. The office is responsive, it was easy to get on a schedule, they have always shown up on time, and the app works well.

Team 25 Milelve & Mayra showed great cooperation (teamwork) and listening. Friendly and good people skills. Our icebox is sparkling! The floor is good and carpet is vacuumed to perfection. Foyer Powder room bath toilet and vanity are superb. A bit expensive, but worth it. Great work guys! Gracias!

They do a very good job with cleaning the house -- doing small things like lights and fans and trim that other companies have missed in the past. Very professional and very responsive when I have questions and requests.

We've been customers for six years; the SparkleClean team is reliable, always does a terrific job and is friendly (I work from home).

Way too expensive. 4 maids $800 never cleaned downstairs to finish was going to be over a grand. I got home and dust was under shelves and stains still in kitchen. I feel totally ripped off.

Very nice people, clean and detailed job. We used them for cleaning our new home before moving. Its better to tell them exactly where to clean for example the plugs, the AC/Heater place.

I have been very happy with SparkleClean service. I especially appreciate how knowledgeable they are about cleaning materials and how do deal with specific services and carpets. They do a very good job.

Great maids...I tried several other maid services in the area, and finally was referred to sparkleclean. Hands down, the best service in the area. Of all the optional services I pay for, this the best money I spend. A friend recommended them to us, and we couldn’t be happier.

They do a great job, and if you need to move the day they are coming, no problem. They make it easy to pay your bill as well, which is something I can’t say for other services.

They really go the extra mile, folding the toilet paper into shapes, cleaning out my YETI tumbler even though I would never ask/expect them to.

The cleaning teams are always professional, thorough and kind. They are fast without cutting any corners. I love the little touches that I come home to when they are done! They always text when my dog gets into trouble ... like the time he ate a bag of cough drops and they wanted us to know that we should keep an eye on him in case he got sick. They are fairly priced and I trust them with our health and home.

I used SparkleClean for a one time deep cleaning. Working with Sarah on what I needed was easy and efficient. I wanted a DEEP cleaning for entire house with floors of all closets cleaned, refrigerator cleaned, baseboards, some windows, everythng! The gals came ON TIME and did a fabulous job.
