Inconsiderate. Insensitive. Unemotional. Detached. Unconcerned. Had us waiting for someone to show up after booking an appointment online and paying my neighbors to move their cars just for nobody to show up. No one responded to our failed attempts trying to contact them until ten hours later with a "it was never booked".

They don't know how to use a calendar. Made an appointment online, they texted for photos to give the price and the day of the appointment never showed up or answered any calls as to where they were. When they finally reached back, they said the appointment was never booked. Didn't even apologize for THEIR mistake.

We used this company for the first time the day after Thanksgiving and we were THANKFUL! The ladies did a great job! They were very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend.. They also added special touches like making a paper towel flower which was really cute.

The best teams! Our house looks brand new after a clean session.

We got a cleaning upon move out. My husband checked it out before we gave back the keys and it was darn spotless. Beautiful. No trace that our two lil cat fuzzballs were ever there. Would definitely use them again!

3 for 3! Every time they've come, I have been impressed. It's taken a while to find a cleaning company I am confident will reliably do so well. I don't feel the least bit guilty spending the money for the service and saving the stress of cleaning myself.

Maid Solutions has been cleaning for months now, and they are great. Reliable and efficient. The management staff is responsive too!

Do not use. They do not value their customers time. Twice they canceled on me last minute when I rearranged my entire work schedule for them to show up and give me a quote. Once after giving me a 4 hour window when they would show up only to cancel a half hour before the window closed…. Incredibly rude and no regard for other peoples time.
If they can’t even do that I do not want them cleaning my house.

I absolutely recommend this service! This company has protocols that prevent cross-contamination and they go the extra mile because covid. Staff from this company has daily temperature checks and wear masks in your home. They also disinfect their cars after the finish their assignment in your home. I highly recommend them! 🤗🤗🤗🧹🧼🧽

Team 2 (Roxanna and Fanny) are a fantastic team!!! They were so sweet to me and my dogs! The did a thorough job and I could see they take pride in what they do! I recommend this business and give it 5 stars! Thank you ladies!

Disrespectful company, Intentionally disrespecting and ignoring very clear, no soliciting sign for flyering. Flyered in a co-op where it is against ordinance to solicit as well. Do better. :)

When COVID-19 started, Maid Solution was the first vendor of any kind to reach out to us to advise of their new policies to protect clients and staff -- before our doctors, dentist, drug store or grocery! Before COVID-19, their crews were always attentive to thoroughly cleaning everything in the house. After COVID-19, they are even more so, paying extra attention to not bringing possible contamination into or out of our home. Their staff is friendly and courteous. We look forward to having them in our home! Paula (the owner) is very responsive to any last minute changes needed.

Paula and her team are extraordinary professionals. I have used several other house cleaning services in the past, and Maid Solution is head and shoulders above the competition in terms of the service they provide and Paula's responsiveness to questions and any issues that may arise. The ladies who came to the house were very kind, punctual and did a GREAT job! I'm in treatment for cancer, so with my compromised immune system, I could not be more impressed with their work. Everything was cleaned with They even tolerated my over friendly dog and managed to get the place spick and span while we were in the house! I'll definitely be using Maid Solution regularly.

Owner is very arrogant. Does not provide good customer service. She thinks she is some celebrity and behaves like one. News to her she IS NOT. She definitely does not LOOK like a celebrity. She basically wanted me to do everything including picking up stuff off the floor and even taking the sheets off the bed. Then wueeb will send her maids to basically clean us out. Room a can do cleaning now.,I got another excellent maid service and the owner a man is very humble and provides FANTASTIC customer service and my house is clean as a bell. Please skip this lady who thinks she s gods gift to the universe.
