It's impossible to praise SparkleClean highly enough, but I'll try. They are wonderful! The crew that cleans our house does an amazing job and really makes the place shine. The owner, Sarah, is remarkably responsive, reliable, and professional. It's clear she aims to keep both her customers and her crew members happy; not an easy balance to maintain but Sarah masters it. We've used SparkleClean for several years now and I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and excellent company.

I am moving this month and my cleaners for my move-out clean cancelled on me. I reached out to Sarah and she was able to come out the same day - within a few hours a team of 3 people were at my house and cleaned top to bottom and left no detail behind. They scrubbed baseboards, wiped the blinds, vanity, closet shelving, and even got the mildew out of the tiled crevices in my shower. I'm so appreciative of their professionalism, Sarah's quick action to dispatch the team and how easy payment was made. I 10/10 recommend!!!

Sarah and her team have been keeping our home clean for many years. I am constantly amazed at the thorough job they do. They move furniture to clean underneath. I had a large bedroom set replaced and at delivery, I was ready to clean the baseboards behind heavy furniture and carpet below the bed…there was no dust behind these pieces that hadn’t been moved in years!!! Every year at Thanksgiving when my family comes to stay with their toddlers, I have a deep clean done (such a reasonable price for 3200 sf home). It is spotless and even with 2 pets my family doesn’t think twice about babies crawling and playing on the floor. I can’t say enough about Sparkle Clean. The service is outstanding and the team relieves a lot of pressure from our busy lives.

We’ve worked with them for a few years now and I can say they are the most reliable, responsive, and customer oriented cleaning company we have ever had! The ladies do a great job and a super friendly. They even make our cat’s little bed when they are cleaning. We can also recommend them for deep cleaning. They have done a great job after we had a bout of illness and after our first floor renovation.

I spoke to the owner in detail about the amount I wanted to spend ($300). we went over how many workers would show and we agreed to maids. we agreed on the time they would be in my home 1hr &45 mins to 2hrs. They were there for almost 3hrs. they were 10 minutes late. One lady stayed in the bathroom for a hour and half cleaning the same place in the sink. One lady vac floors that were already done. This is what I saw as I was moving my Belongings. I had to ask the lady when they would be finished at the 2:30hr mark and they still asked for 15 more mins. They cleaned the home but ”sat on the clock” to make the ticket price higher. They definitely took advantage of me not paying attention to their start time and progress. 390 is the new price don’t like it but paid It. She sent the invoice Friday with a 5 day notice to pay. It’s Monday and she is performing collection attempt. The owner, Sarah is calling me from blocked numbers and leave messages on my professional LinkedIn for collections. The Worst Experience ever! Don’t trust her at any level!

I’ve even tried to replicate their methods… and failed. I’ve begged for their trade secrets, and the owner just smiles. I respect the boundary — some mysteries deserve to stay mysteries.

This year brought something unexpected: I received a heart transplant in June. Before that, I was in end-stage heart failure. SparkleClean knew this, and they moved with a level of care I didn’t even know to ask for — careful around my medical equipment, cautious for my health, sending substitutes if anyone was sick. Post-transplant, their compassion has only deepened. The owner isn’t just a business owner at this point; she feels like an old friend who checks in, cracks jokes, asks after my health, and once threatened to break me out of Fairfax Hospital when I was desperate to go home. You don’t get that kind of humanity from most companies.

As for their work? Superb, every time. Punctual. Fairly priced. And the details — the vacuum “lines” brushed into the carpet like artwork (ask for the shell pattern!), the horsehair brush that leaves the furniture looking brand new — those touches keep me loyal. They really do leave the place sparkle clean.

If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares for their customers — and an owner who treats her employees with a level of respect and warmth you don’t often see — SparkleClean is it. You can feel the good culture in the way they move, work, and look out for each other. I should’ve signed on with them full-time years ago. Truly, you won’t find a better crew.
