We switched to SparkleClean shortly before quarantine on a biweekly basis and I am so glad we've continued using their service. Now that we're home much more, it's nice to have professional cleaning at a deeper level than our amateur selves can accomplish. We feel very confident in their anti-Covid standards, so it's worth the splurge to help make home living more comfortable and sanitary. Their prompt and professional communication, as well as accommodating preferences or special needs has been stellar. Expectations and standards are kept very clear and it's refreshing compared to our previous service.

We have been regular customers of SparkleClean and of course hired them for our move-out cleaning of our 3 story townhome. They did a fantastic job making the place sparkle, even though there were a couple "challenging" areas in the kitchen that we left for them. We would recommend Sarah and her crew any time!

SparkleClean was recommended to me by my sister, who has a weekly cleaning. They come in once a month for me and always do an amazing job. The only thing you need to do is clear off surfaces of unnecessary clutter. They will make your bed, put out fresh towels, while deep cleaning your home. You can also get your oven and refrigerator cleaned out for a little extra. The best part is they have no problem with my dog being there, which is a huge help! My dog is a 65 lb. beagle/pit mix and she is very sweet but nervous. So I was worried she would be too underfoot for them. Wasn't a problem at all. They do great work and I can't recommend them enough. They are very prompt about answering any questions I may have as well.

We just moved out of our house and needed it deep cleaned for showing. Sarah and her team came highly recommended by a neighbor. Sarah and her team had immediate availabilities, which was great because we had viewers and open house scheduled in a few days. They really took care of everything from top to bottom better than we could have done ourselves. Everything from scheduling to payment was easy - an amazing hassle free experience especially when you just moved, have a baby, and a broken foot 😂. The pricing was competitive and comparable to others, but worth every penny to have such a seamless (and spotless!) end to end experience with Sarah. Highly recommend!

SparkleClean Maid Service is superb and I have used many services throughout the past ten years; I have moved around the world so I have a lot of examples to compare them with. They are efficient, professional and my house smells wonderful when they are complete. The attention to detail in their cleaning is what I most enjoy and respect. Sarah is extremely responsive and has helped me to reschedule when I needed. Amazing service!!!

I have been using this service for a couple of years and every time I walk in after the cleaning I am so relieved and impressed! The team tackles my fairly large home and never misses a corner. They move the furniture to get floors and window sills behind. I had new bedroom furniture delivered and could not believe how clean the baseboards/carpet/window sills were behind all the large furniture that hadn't been moved in years!! I was standing by to clean the baseboards and extra dust when the movers took the old furniture out and I wasn't needed. I emailed Sarah right away to tell her her team is awesome! They are obviously stretching to get everywhere. Ceiling fans, lamp shades, door frames...places that always seemed to get missed are always clean. They vacuum the furniture which I appreciate since we have a cat and dog. Even my 14 year old son comes in after cleanings and says - Miss Sarah's team has been here, that smell means we can relax!! Sarah is very responsive and we have always received consistent and reliable service. I highly recommend.

I’ve had great experiences with SparkleClean. I have them come every month and they do a fantastic job! Plus it’s so easy to add in a spring cleaning or extra tasks after family visits. The maids are really nice and they make it easy to be in the house when they come or be away. They bring their own supplies and take care of all the little details that I ignore! I plan to keep using SparkleClean for a long time to come.

I've been using SparkleClean for almost 7 years now. They are fantastic. They are not just really thorough, but really know how to clean - including which products are needed for all of the different custom surfaces in our home. The owner and assistants communicate really well; I've never had questions or concerns unaddressed. SparkleClean takes care of my house so that I can take care of my job outside the house. If you need help (and you know you do!), do yourself a huge favor and hire SparkleClean.

SparkleClean has been cleaning our house since we moved in almost 5 years ago. They do an amazing job, cleaning all the usual places plus areas I wouldn’t have thought about cleaning myself. Just as important, they are careful and trustworthy. On the very rare occasion something has broken (maybe twice in 5 years), they offered to pay for the repair or reimburse the cost. Sarah, the owner, is always responsive if we need to reschedule or have a special request. I love coming home to such an immaculate house after their cleaning...really my favorite day of the week!

I used SparkleClean Maid Service for a move-out deep clean back in January 2023. The maids did an amazing job, making sure that my unit was move-in-ready for my upcoming tenants. Sarah was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I had to brace myself for the usual substandard quality service that I've sadly become accustomed to receiving. Instead, I was slapped in the face with a professional and well written "Work order" sent via email to me immediately following our call. It reflected everything we agreed on in the conversation. It even prompted me to check off anything we may have left off initially.

The three professional women who were assigned to clean my house arrived on time and ready to get the job done. We did not have to provide a single item. They came in with everything they needed to get the job done, from the cleaning products to the cleaning equipment. They came with everything needed to get my house professionally cleaned as they promised.

After running my own company for over for over 20 years. I'm not easily impressed. But this hard-working team of cleaners impressed me almost as much as their leadership did.

It was a rare treat.

I did not get to use these services. The cleaning ladies may be amazing. I am not rating them. I am rating the vague, initial pricing process.

The initial "deep" clean is $55 per hour (clear on the website). What the website does not say is that it can be 2-4 ladies coming out and the price is per person/per hour.

The owner is very responsive and answers all questions. What she could not say is how many ladies she would send out (3 or 4), or how long it would take based on square footage and assessed state of the house.

That means it could cost $495-660 for the first deep clean, and more if they go over 3 hours. They require a deep clean regardless of the fact that I have had cleaning service every two weeks for 4 years. No other cleaning service has operated this way and I have had cleaning service in many states for the last few decades (military movers).

I could not commit to such an open-ended, expensive business transaction. So, when I tried to clarify that part (amongst other questions I had-I did have a lot, to be fair), the owner quickly cancelled my appt and refused to provide service, which ultimately, I think is best for both of us.

Where do I begin? Lightning fast response after submitting a request for a quote. Outstanding communication and customer service from beginning to end. Sarah is so responsive and so helpful--she even tried to help me figure out my oven's steam cleaning function to help me minimize the amount of time needed to have the maids clean the oven. She took the time to find the owner's manual online for me, too! I told her how I had hit a point where I needed to accept that I simply couldn't get this place deep cleaned on my own, and she was like a therapist/shoulder to cry on LOL. Something I thought was amazing was that I could state a budget cap, which was such a relief because I was honestly kind of scared of what the bill would end up being with how long I've neglected to do a deep cleaning. I set the cap at $500 and with that budget, her team completely transformed my apartment! I came back from work to a home that LITERALLY sparkled and smelled amazing! I don't remember the last time my counters reflected light like that! I really appreciated the little organization edits her team made as well because it really showed me how small tweaks in organization can make a big visual impact. I specifically requested that my balcony get cleaned because it's filthy not only from nature, but because my husband began a hobby years ago of feeding the birds. The result is the balcony was covered in poop. I did what I could to scrape most of it off, but Sarah's team came in and made it shine! I'm now able to put patio furniture out there! Oh, and they must use amazing vacuums because I've never gotten my carpet to be this clean after vacuuming, and yet they left it so clean that it looked like it got a professional carpet shampooing. I highly recommend booking SparkleClean because you'll really get your money's worth. They're super professional and clearly well trained by the cleaning guru herself.
