I have been using Maid Solution since 2015, initially for a deep cleaning and then I believe a bi-weekly cleaning ever since, and they have consistently been a great company and provided a quality experience! The teams are wonderful: friendly, skilled, and efficient! Paula is also great to work with: prompt, clear, reasonable, and kind.

Early on with the rise of COVID-19, Paula went above and beyond in keeping us in the loop of what precautions they were using. They were and continue to be thorough! From my end I cannot commend them high enough for how well they have responded to such an unprecedented challenge.

We switched from an independent cleaning person to Maid Solution several years ago. The owner conducts a thorough in home estimate. They have been flexible when we’ve needed to reschedule. Good communication and very safe Covid protocols.

Maid Solution came to my residence for the first time today and I had Group 2. These ladies did extraordinary job cleaning. The level of detail they cleaned was remarkable. The whole process was done so efficiently and quickly - from getting an over-the-phone / at-home visit, to scheduling and starting the actually clean.
I started with a deep cleaning and am now on their recurring cleaning schedule - the ladies who cleaned our place did an amazing job! Everything looked so clean, that I didn't even want to use my kitchen or sit on my couch because I didn't want to ruin the look haha.

Maid Solutions was able to come in to do a move-in cleaning with very short notice and did a great job.
I was moving into a new apartment in less than 2 days and realized my landlord didn't do a deep clean. There was grease and caked on burnt stuff in the oven and on the stove burners. I wanted someone to come in to clean the kitchen and bathroom before I started to put things away. I didn't have time to research several businesses so I took a chance with Maid Solutions. I moved in on Wednesday and two ladies from Maid Solutions was at my new apartment bright and early at 7:30 am Thursday. After 2 hours the kitchen and bathroom looked great.

We used Maid Solution for nearly two years while living in Arlington, Virginia. We had to end services due to a relocation to another state for work. We certainly miss the ladies who helped keep our apartment clean! They were reliable, thorough, fast, and consistent every time we met with them monthly. Scheduling and/or rescheduling was also easy. Payment was also easy. In particular, we utilized the services during COVID when things were still uncertain, and the ladies respected wearing foot shoes and masks the entire time. We are extremely appreciative of this service and would recommend it to others in the area.

I have been using Paula and her crew at Maid Solution for over 15 years. They have been nothing but professional, pleasant and fantastic for every cleaning. They not only do an amazing job cleaning my house, but are responsive and flexible. I have never had anything but good experiences with the teams they send in. I love that Paula tries to send me the same cleaners every time. Therefore my "usual" girls have become like family and I look forward to seeing them every other week! Maid Solution is also used by several of my neighbors in the area and they are all very pleased with their work. Maid Solution has cleaned my house for almost 3 years now and I've consistently been happy with them. Their staff is courteous and helpful. They always clean efficiently and are happy to work around me (I work from home). We have three cats and pet hair has not been a problem in our house since we started having Maid Solution clean biweekly.

Management is quick to respond to emails and is very flexible. They have accommodated multiple requests from me for changing arrival times and arrival dates and I've never been made to feel like I am being a problem.

They are very clear on all of their policies, in fact I get a reminder email 2 days before they arrive each week with my appointment date and a list of all of their relevant policies. They have also been very open about their changes in cleaning policies due to Covid. I've felt very safe with them cleaning throughout Covid. Everyone wears masks and takes all appropriate precautions.

We had one item broken by them while cleaning, and they immediately came to me to inform me, then had management call to arrange a replacement. Management went above and beyond to get it replaced ASAP. Accidents happen, and I was very impressed with how they handled it.

Overall I can't recommend them highly enough.
