Ash Maids were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was spotless. They were on time, did timely work, and completed everything that was discussed. I have no complaints and no doubts that the job was done right. It was top notch quality. I have a very hairy dog and there was no sign of dog hair anywhere. I was extremely impressed. The price was not bad for the task at hand. It was definitely worth what I paid to have a clean home! You have to expect to pay a little bit to have a professional clean your house. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning need.

Good value for the price. Not very detail oriented. Several mirrors in bathroom left uncleaned; top shelves not dusted; floors and counters not cleaned as thoroughly as I would expect. They are very fast which could be part of the challenge. A superficial clean for a good price. And they are very nice! Would have given 5 stars if they were more detailed and thorough, but overall your home will be tidy after they've been through!

First time using a maid services. I've always had my reservations, but got a little behind on chores due to work so figured I would give it a shot. The Ash crew came promptly within in the time window we arranged and got to work. They got this done 10 times quicker than I could have and I hardly recognize the place now. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent work, the maid did a great job and was very amenable. I had one last request as she was leaving but she was more than happy to do it before heading out. A terrific value, would absolutely count on Ash again for my cleaning needs.

Incredibly reliable and very hardworking people. Arguably the most dependable service we use.

Mediocre at best. Hired for a move in/move out. Bathrooms were done well. Upstairs rooms with brand new carpet was fine. Hardwoods were left with spots (see pictures). Kitchen was mopped ok but I still found goldfish on the side of the fridge. Did not clean inside fridge because it had food in it nor the inside of the cabinets because they had things in them. (I still thought inside meant inside the door of the cabinet, I'm wrong I guess.) Basement couch seems to have been vacuumed nicely. Floor was ok. Found a button left on floor. Kicker was when they took out the trash aka left three bags in our recycling bin outside which was drying out from recent rain. Not at all helpful! Called and spoke to the owner who offered for someone to come out at ANY time, arranged for my MIL to come over at 9 to be around. Suddenly, ANY time is only a 2 hour window on the even hours. I'm out. Not using them again!

How would you feel if you saw ash maids roll up to your neighborhood and you find THIS under your car after they finish cleaning your neighbors house.

That's an empty bottle of bleach (Clorox) under my vehicle. Along with the strong bleach smell and left over white residue in my parking spot...

The crushed bottle of Ajax is a nice touch as well in their panic to leave the situation.

I didn't even buy their service but man, what kind of company allows this to even happen and make me go on a detective spree... This isn't one of those things you can sweep under the car. Bleach leaves salts and yo you didnt even try to ask me to move my car after. Just BOUNCED.
