Two Maids has been great to work with. Easy to schedule, good communication and reminders about service dates, and each cleaning has been very well done.

I couldn't be happier to have Brenda and Kayla deep clean our home before it went on the market for sale. They were meticulous and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Two Maids in the future!

My favorite day of the week is when Two Maids Alexandria is at my house. My house is always spotless when they finish. The ladies are always friendly and efficient. They work around me when I am home and are respectful when I'm on calls. The administrative team that handles scheduling and billing is also fabulous. They are accommodating and understanding when things pop up. The whole team consistently provides excellent service.

The ladies were very friendly. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly professional.
Booking was easy, and their customer service was responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. On the day of the service, the team arrived promptly, right on schedule, and were incredibly courteous. They took the time to understand my specific needs and any areas I wanted them to pay particular attention to. I also appreciated their professionalism. They were efficient, respectful of my belongings, and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Very disappointed with the deep clean service. They were in my house for 3 hours, however even the most basic things (like corners of stairs, countertops, appliances) were not touched. Attached are photos of my mom’s house AFTER the cleaners came. I did reach out to the company and they offered to send people out again, however I had already went ahead and cleaned a lot of the areas as this was a Christmas gift to my mom. Would have appreciated an offer for a partial refund, as I spent way too much for people to mop the floors and barely run a vacuum.

We moved out of our condo and two maids came and cleaned. Everything looks great the refrigerator and stove look brand new inside. Wish I would’ve learned about them sooner.

Not sure I could possibly have had a worse experience. Not only did the maids damage my property and unit, they damaged the unit below me. They did nothing to remedy this. The cleaning crew lied about breaking things, the office manager lied about the condition of things , and the owner is a condescending woman who accepts no responsibility. In fact, she will underhandedly blame you for any problems. It's like it was an entire scheme to gaslight me rather than accept responsibility for their actions while blaming me, the customer, "because they don't know me". As if because I've never used this service before I have no right to a good experience. I can't believe the owner runs a business with the way she talks to people. The office manager is clearly entirely incompetent and should be nowhere near a site with her "expertise". And the crew not only damaged my unit, but said nothing, tried to hide it, and then never even cleaned on top of it. An unmitigated disaster.

Edit: see her response? Use this company at your own risk. Her staff broke my shower so badly RUSHING water was pouring through the ceiling of the unit below me. This clearly wasn't happening before. Her office manager claimed the handle wasn't damaged when she came by and it was hanging by a thread. The owner takes no responsibility of course. Her reply is quintessential.

Edit 2: I added photos of this "clean" her team did. Just look at every negative review and see how she attacks the customer. This owner has no business being in charge of anything.

I love Two Maids. They’re easy to communicate with using email, text, or phone - very responsive on all forums and very easy to reschedule with. The ladies that come are the same every time, very friendly and caring with my space. They do a great job cleaning and are very trustworthy - I really appreciate the help around my house and enjoy seeing them!

I had a crew in here to do a deep cleaning. They astonished me. I'd had deep cleaning done (usually 2x/year) in the past with another company but I used 2 Maids for a work location and they floored me with their exceptional professionalism, courteousness, pride in their work, timely appointments, reminders, etc. I am going to be pricing out monthly service next. I recommend this company! They are trustworthy, and have stupendous customer service!
