We have also been impressed by the customer service and communication provided by Two Maids as they consistenly communicate arrival time and have been very fair and flexible regarding scheduling changes, specific needs, and updates.

I also want to commend the team for their response for the very rare time something needs an additional touch up or something wasn't quite up to the very high standard they have created. With over two years or cleaning our house, we completley understand there will be times we need to communicate and resolve a minor issue and the Two Maids team has been excellent about this.

The highest compliment I can give the team is that we've had no desire to look elsewhere for a cleaning service during the time they've been cleaning our home.

I had this business come out and clean our exterior windows yesterday. They also pressure washed the porch.

First off the quote was very reasonable! Old Town prices can be exorbitant so that was a pleasant surprise. Isaac was supposed to come last week but the freaky snow storm postponed it. He updated me throughout the week on a possible opening and came by yesterday when he had an opening. He was polite, courteous and thoroughly professional! Plus he did an amazing job on the pressure washing of our front porch. I had bought paint to repaint the porch floor but now it looks so good I’m wondering if I should even bother…..

The windows look fantastic and it’s really amazing what squeaky clean windows can do to a home! I’ll be using them every year for sure!

I called Clear Choice to ask them if they would consider cleaning windows for 6 to 8 condo units in our building in October 2021. It was a complex job since all units were not being cleaned in our 4-story building. Tom always answered the phone or responded to e-mails promptly. He has an excellent system to estimate cost online and did not change after my windows were washed. Issac was the on-site tech. He did a thorough job and was very professional.

We wanted Clear Choice to come back this Spring. When I called Tom he stated that he could not get to us because of various circumstances. He suggested that I contact other companies. Of course I was disappointed but grateful that he was honest about his situation. We would gladly use him again if given the opportunity.

Tom and team were great for cleaning our windows and sills (inside and out) and power washing our house exterior. Coordination was smooth and they arrived right on time.

From the moment I contacted them to schedule an appointment, they were prompt and courteous. They arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work. The team of Clear choice was thorough and careful, making sure to clean every window inside and out.
What impressed me most about this company was the attention to detail they demonstrated. They didn't just clean the glass; they also took the time to clean the window frames and sills. The result was sparkling, clean windows that looked like new.

We had a very bad experience with Clear Choice Window Cleaning that might help others avoid making the same mistake we did. We have an old house in Old Town Alexandria with wood windows with single glazed window panes. When they arrived, Tom said that he couldn’t clean our dormer windows because they were too high. When I asked him about using a ladder, he said they don’t use ladders because they’re too dangerous. I should have just sent him home, but that’s hindsight. Each window has 12 small panes, and Tom tried to clean them with a large brush on a pole. He banged around trying to get the large brush to fit into the small windows, but it didn’t work. It’s impossible to clean 2nd floor windows with a wide brush while standing on the ground. The windows were not close to being clean. In a way, he removed just enough dirt to make the windows look worse. He was here for 2 1/4 hours and charged $433, the amount of the quote. But for $433, I thought he would actually clean my windows. We found someone to clean each window pane and use a ladder, and the windows look great, but we ended up paying twice. I would recommend avoiding Clear Choice Window Cleaning.

Tom did an excellent job on my windows and skylights. He explained the process in advance and did everything he promised and then some. Very happy with his work - no question I will be using Clear Choice again in the future.

I had the exterior windows cleaned in my town home, the technician, Isaac, was on time, professional and very personable. He was quick and efficient. There were no surprises and he didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra things. They were very responsive when I originally called, gave me an estimate right away on the phone based on the amount of windows I have. They made sure to confirm the appointment a few days before hand. Over all, great experience and will be recommending them to friends to use for future projects.

The Clear Choice team was courteous, professional and did an absolutely wonderful job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for my house siding, soffits and decks. Great job.

I called and spoke with Tom. He added me to the schedule for a date that was very convenient for me. He arrived on time and wore booties on his shoes while in my home. He cleaned the windows, sills and screens in a very professional manner! Tom brings the right equipment to the job and conducts himself in a very professional way. I already booked for next year. Now that I know that he does whole house pressure washing, I booked it also.
