We had great experiences with Two Maids and a Mop. They did bi-weekly cleanings for us for a year until we moved out of town. They also did a fabulous job on our move out clean, so much so that my real estate agent remarked on how clean the house was left. They were very easy to work with, and their crews were always incredibly kind, thoughtful and respectful. We no longer use their services because we've relocated but we'd highly recommend them.

I haven't had a regular cleaning service to my home since August, and I was in need! I called Two Maids and they had two women come out the very next day to clean my 3000 square foot home for $190. My home is generally very clean, but the women did a wonderful job. On top of that they were polite and kind. I really appreciated how accommodating the owners of Two Maids were. I know as a small business owner myself that customer service is everything. I liked that they send me a reminder email of the time of arrival of the cleaners. I would highly recommend this company.

We just had a deep clean with Two Maids & A Mop as an initial clean before regular (every other week) cleanings. We were very pleased. First, communications with their front office was professional, and we always got a response within 24 hours or less, even on the weekend. Second, the quality of the cleaning was outstanding. With two people, the cleaning took under 3 hours, including the oven! We plan to continue moving forward with a regular cleaning.

5+ STARS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was my first time using a cleaning service. And although my wife and I keep our house clean, the ladies who cleaned our house did an amazing Job. They arrived on time, professional appearance and ready to work. I told them areas of my house that needed the most attention and not only did they do those areas, they went above and beyond and did way more than I expected. With my revolving busy schedule that my wife and I have, we just wanted the house lightly cleaned. Again I say, these ladies did an amazing job. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a cleaning. Great Job and thanks again.

Used Two Maids for my move-out deep clean on my apartment and could not have been more thrilled with the results. Super professional, communicative about any questions that come up, and incredibly efficient and thorough. AND!! They found my wedding ring that I lost three years ago and could never find!!! Honestly, could not recommend them enough. If you're in the DMV, you need Two Maids.

Exceptional quality service. My apartment was left sparkling. Absolutely satisfied with the cleaning. They were on time, perfectly pleasant, and did a wonderful job. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Sometimes they move things to places that are so much better that I keep them there. It's fun seeing what will happen.

Cindy and Carmen were AMAZING. They hustled and did everything I asked of them. I am a very busy doctor and sometimes have let my house get away from me. They were efficient, thorough and kind. They arrived early and stayed through the end of their task. They made my bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and floors and windows sparkle. Needless to say I will be using them again as soon as I have an opening in my work schedule. At one point, about 15 minutes into their arrival, I thought my cat went missing, of MY own doing ie I thought she escaped earlier in the day right before they arrived or she was hiding. I actually went a bit hysterical when I couldn't find her in her typical spots. They both helped me search under all the furniture and found her hiding behind a single storage tub in my office. Talk about next level service. I am so thankful!!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!

I’ve been using Two Maids for over a year for a once a month cleaning and they’ve been great every single time. When there was an issue with my drain, the manager called right away and informed me. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. I would recommend them as I’ve always appreciated coming home to a nice clean house!

We have never hired a cleaning service before so we were a little anxious about what to expect. Two Maids made it easy to schedule, arrived on time and cleaned our home top to bottom! It is so nice to head into the weekend without worrying about all we need to clean, to have the assurance that the job has been done well. Thank you so much.

The house smells absolutely amazing. I’ve honestly never seen our hardwood floors shine as bright as when Two Maids came over. Every room was done to perfection and I’m so happy we were able to book their services. As long as we are here, we will be using them for everything!!

It was a standard clean but not worth the $280 for 2hrs for 2 housecleaners. On top of that you get harassed to tip. I really hope their employees see a living wage for that cost

Simply the best cleaners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My house looks immaculate every time, and beginning our service with a deep clean means that instead of tackling a messy house, the team is maintaining their already fantastic work. 10/10

We were recommended two maids and a mop by our neighbor and had high hopes since we're in the same boat (family of five + pets). My husband set up the cleaning and they did a deep cleaning but didn't tell my husband how much it would cost. Turns out $400 for them to clean the kitchen, two bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping and a tidy up of the kids rooms. There were two rooms they didn't clean because the animals were in one and I was in the other working. It wasn't even the entire house they cleaned and we were charged $400. Yes, a deep cleaning was needed, but that is beyond reasonable. They also failed to tell me they broke the knob on our stove, and clogged our bathtub drain. They also hid things in a sloppy way just to make it seem like the area was picked up. They put knives and wooden utensils in the dishwasher! They spent three hours upstairs and one hour downstairs, so we were charged for additional time. It was truly disappointing and when we cancelled for the recurring service, it was nothing to them. I don't enjoy leaving a negative review but this bothers me so much that I decided to share my experience. I don't even need a response back, but teach your staff to do better and to be upfront when they screw something up.

Updated 3/14/25 in response to owner: The appointment was at the end of January and was under my husband's name (initials are JA). Respectfully, the onus isn't on me to follow up with you because I left a negative review. Whoever my husband spoke to when cancelling the next appointment should have asked them why we're cancelling, but they didn't. I provided all the information in my original review and there isn't really anything else to add, so I don't see a need to follow up.

I HAVE USED 2 MAIDS 3 TIMES, AND EACH TIME THE CLEANING SEEMS TO GET BETTER AND BETTER. I HAVE USED OTHER CLEANING SERVICES OVER THE YEARS, BUT NONE ARE AS GOOD AS 2 MAIDS, THEY ARE THOROUGH, POLITE/COURTEOUS, AND FAST, AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY VERY REASONABLE--SO I ALWAYS TIP BIG. I ALSO LIKE THAT THE COMPANY IS OWNED BY A WOMAN. WIN, WIN-ALL AROUND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We had a move-in cleaning service a couple days ago and though I appreciate everything the women did, I’m not impressed. I gave very specific instructions on what I wanted to be prioritized during this cleaning and despite them being here for 3 hours, I am left finding several items missing or gross spots from the previous owners. An example is the photo attached of the bathtub where they did not clean underneath a lip leaving disgusting grim. I also asked them to clean the door sill which never happened along with the inside of the kitchen cabinets. We were also told the paint on our windows/windowsills could be removed but that wasn’t attempted on site. On a positive note, they were kind enough to make our bed (but we didn’t need and I would have preferred their time and effort be placed elsewhere) and tidy up the rooms. They also dusted and got all the cobwebs from the basement ceiling. All-in-all they did an okay job - definitely things I could have done myself but we hired professionals to help us with areas we didn’t feel as competent in.

Two Maids have been helping my husband and I for a long time, and I couldn’t be happier with them! They’re kind, friendly, efficient, and don’t mind when my dog keeps trying to make them play fetch in the house. I have a pretty gnarly dust allergy, and it can be really hard for me to clean some places as a result. They’ve been incredibly helpful, and I’m so glad they’re here!
