Rosa and Maribel have been with us for many years moving with us from Arlington to Crystal City and now in Alexandria. They have always done and amazing job for us and we have referred them to a number of our neighbors who also now use them. From things like cleaning blinds to changing sheets, deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, dusting, along with all the other normal things, it is very helpful and saves us from spending our own time on the weekends doing those things ourselves and the thing we don't like to do. We appreciate the little things they do and details like remembering to make the beds with sheets folded a certain way or a little shorter on one side so my wife doesn't have to lift the mattress so far to tuck them in on her side. Things like happily working around ramps, floor coverings and the many cat beds we had for 2 years. We also like the consistency of usually having the same two people, they are reliable and polite. We are a but particular on certain things and it's nice to have them done consistently, knowing what to expect and not need to explain every time with someone different. The office has always been easy to get ahold of and easy to reschedule when needed. They have rarely rescheduled in the many years and are always on top of things when it comes to the rare issue.

We have been using Ash Maids for Fifteen years and are absolutely thrilled with our experience! We have had the same two cleaners for most of that time, and we look forward to seeing them every two-weeks. Ash Maids uses natural cleaning products and do a terrific and thorough job every time. They do our whole house, which is a townhouse in Northern, VA. The wood floors, counters, carpets, bathrooms and kitchens are always sparkling and the beds are changed and made very nicely. My experience with this company was exceptional. From the very first email requesting a cost estimate, to setting up the first cleaning, all the way through the day of service, I was impressed by the prompt customer service, friendly team, and ease of scheduling the cleaning. As for the cleaning, the team was very professional and did a very thorough job cleaning our house.  They arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled cleaning (but I knew they had up to an hour, and I was anticipating them within that hour timeframe).  They worked hard and I was so happy with how clean the house was once they finished. I have used other companies in the past, and this was by far the best cleaning and cleaning team. Thank you for helping a busy mom keep a clean house :)

I had family over for thanksgiving and my house was turned upside down with all the kids , I decided to hire this company to do a deep clean and I gotta tell you they did an amazing job. Their office was very professional and helpful when it came down to setting an appointment and they have reasonable prices. Their ladies ( Mirna and her partner) did an excellent job when it came to details. They were very friendly and listen to all my requests. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. I will be using their services again after Christmas.
