About two months ago my family and I had to move out of our house. In the rush of getting everything done I forgot to schedule a cleaning service. With just a few days left I called Nice and Clean. Carlos is the gentleman who handled our service and he was very professional. He went out of his way to meet me that day to look at what we needed done. I had called two other cleaning places before reaching him, both gave outrageous prices without even looking at the house. Nice and Clean were able to give a very fair price for outstanding service. When the cleaning was done, the property manager personally called me to state that the house was left in immaculate shape. I would DEFINITELY recommend Nice and Clean.

The team that came from The Maids was like a small SWAT team that took our split-level home to a whole new level of clean. Wvery available surface has been dusted, wiped down, and left sparkling clean. Hubby and I are super impressed and plan to keep them as a regular cleaning service. Highly recommend!

The Maids cleaning teams are exceptional. In all of the years I have had their service, I have only had two issues. Both issues were addressed in a timely manner and solved. Their staff are very professional, yet friendly. They do an unbelievable job. I am so happy with them, and highly recommend them to anyone needing great cleaning services.

We love The Maids! They are professional, courteous and great at what they do. I was a little apprehensive at first because I wasn't sure how a service would work but my worries were gone within minutes of their arrival. They bring all of their cleaning materials, including the vacuum. The price is better that I have found for individual cleaning services. I highly recommend The Maids.

When hiring The Maids for the first time I spoke with the representative extensively and she asked thorough questions about areas of concern and priority for my cleaning. I paid extra for oven & refrigerator cleaning, and she specified they would use magic erasers on the baseboards, and while they charged more than some in the area, “you get what you pay for”. And this couldn’t be farther from the truth.

When the women were finishing the house and asked me to look around, I found that most baseboards either hadn’t been touched at all, or maybe had been gone over quickly with a dust rag. I still found dog hair, dust etc. on many. Additionally, the oven door was still very dirty and I could easily get the build up off with steel wool. I asked them to go back through these areas and they agreed. Upon further inspection the sink drains weren’t cleaned, stove top burners left with a ring of grease around them, and parts of the fridge door untouched. The representative offered for the maids to return which is why I gave a 3 star review, but the attention to detail was seriously lacking. They charged me $30 more than my estimate and this was even with a “discount”. I should have done a more thorough inspection, but we left for a wedding that afternoon & upon returning and looking at our showers close up found that grout wasn’t scrubbed either! A quick spray and wipe down was all that happened throughout the house and I paid over $300 for that. Just not what I was looking for and highly disappointed.

Have been using The Maids for over 2 years. Very reliable and professional. Easy to do business with, setting up appointments on a recurring schedule. They provide a window when they arrive and do a great job cleaning.

I hired The Maids to do a move-out cleaning of the townhouse we were renting. They sent a team of 3 for the approx 1100 sf home and they worked for about 3 hours. The team did a fabulous job. Every inch of the home is ready for the new tenants. The house smelled clean without being over-powering. 100% recommend!

It is rare to find efficiency and compassion together. I have been fighting cancer this past year and The Maids have been there for me, working around chemo schedules and surgery. Team#3 is my regular crew- they know my house and my limitations. They are professionals and a flurry of cleaning, as they divide and conquer the labor with assigned tasks. They move like a great machine but offer kind words and a hug for me too! Amazing clean with amazing people!

Super busy and the week flew right by. I have company coming at 4 pm today to stay for the weekend and we didn't have a chance to clean and prepare. I quickly filled out a request for an estimate online. Robert immediately called me, gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled the Blue team to come over in 30 minutes. Hallelujah! The Blue team (four lovely ladies) were awesome! They were in and out in no time. I don't know what they did, but my porcelain kitchen sink, which has been beige ever since I bought the home a year ago is now almost white. WHAT?!?! Who knew it just needed a deep clean this entire time?!? They even cleaned the ceiling fans and higher up light fixtures!! I'm sold, I told Robert to sign me up for once a month deep clean service. I've never had a maid service in my entire life (because that's what kids are for), but I now see what I've been missing all this time. THANKS BLUE TEAM!!!
