I have been very impressed with The Maids. The office is efficient and easy to communicate with. The team that comes to clean our home is hard-working, professional, and very pleasant. They pay great attention to detail and do an exemplary cleaning job each time. We are very happy with this service and would recommend it highly.

Laura and team Nine consistently clean with great attention to detail. From the ceilings to the baseboards, the house sparkles when they leave. The entire house, the kitchen bathrooms, and Bedrooms, shine and smell so clean and fresh. We appreciate that they use organic, environmentally, friendly cleaning products. The women are nice and we are most appreciative for their hard and consistent work.

We get bi-monthly cleaning from the Maids. The customer service team is very responsive, and the cleaning team does a great job in a swift manner. We appreciate the quality of cleaning they provide given we have a 2.5 year old puppy that likes to get in the dirt in the backyard daily. Thanks to "The Maids", our house is clean!

I moved into my basement apartment a few months ago and have been working like crazy. I let a lot of things get behind me. I finally got to a point I couldn’t take it anymore and it was overwhelming me. So I decided to look up some cleaning services. I reached out to a few but The Maids were the only ones to reach out and fast too.! Robert was very helpful and he was able to send a team out immediately on a Friday at 2pm ! I was shocked. He also stayed within my budget. I paid for an hour and a half and as soon as the ladies Entered my home they started immediately and wasted not one second of that time! I was so impressed with the job and extremely relieved. I feel that my money was well spent and I am extremely happy I decided to hire them. I am considering having them come monthly because I feel so great in my new clean place. Thank you so much Maria R. And Maria F. You ladies are fantastic!!!!! Will definitely be referring them to everyone ! Team #4 rocks ! I wish I would’ve been able to leave a tip but I couldn’t and feel horribly about it. We are long time customers of The Maids of Alexandria, Arlington, and DC. There is a lot to like about The Maids. We get the same team every time so we know them and they know us and the house. They are very efficient. Each team member knows his or her job and gets right to it. They are very respectful of our property and belongings. We have many small items in our house and each one is lifted with care for dusting and replaced with care. If there are things that we don't want them to move (and there are), they simply clean around them. They are easy to contact by e mail or phone. That is especially important for the rare instances when we want to cancel a cleaning. Our house looks great after The Maids have been here! They do a great job and we have confidence in the service.

Team #11 led by Rita does an awesome job week after week!! The Maids have been taking care of my home for years. The teams that come are dedicated, efficient, and pet friendly! And the admin staff is always courteous and helpful!

Team #9 with Laura did an exceptional job cleaning our one bedroom apartment in Glover Park. These ladies have pride in their work. I am blown away by the attention to detail. They don’t just clean around things—they actually move your toiletries and other items off counters, clean underneath, then put the items back. They even made the beds, vacuumed our couch and wiped down all the blinds. Our house is sparkling like it never has. Thank you so much, Laura!

Team #3 always goes above and beyond! These women do such a fantastic job cleaning our home in Alexandria. They’ve changed sheets, tidied our nursery and consistently taken extra steps to make sure our place is spotless. They are amazing.

TEAM #1 Alexandria with Patricia, Elizabeth, and Sandra were above and beyond wonderful. They cleaned my entire floor and made my bathroom brand new and sparkling. They even asked me if I wanted my bed made with my new sheets. They cleaned off my desk, dresser, bookshelves, cleaned my trash can, and cleaned under my sofa. I felt taken care of. Thank you. We’ve been satisfied customers of The Maids for almost 15 years now. We get the same team every time, so they know our little quirks and what’s important to us. The dispatch service is helpful, too, so we know when within the window of time on any given day the team is likely to arrive. They are always friendly and professional. They come in, work very efficiently, and are done quickly. We would recommend The Maids to anyone needing regular or special cleaning services.

I am new to the area and had a very hard time finding a cleaning service that is reliable, communicative and flexible. The Maids customer service team is incredible- they send text and email updates, call the day before to confirm and follow up on their services after the cleaning. The team that comes to my home is INCREDIBLE, they are SO sweet, always smiling and so professional and polite. They do walkthroughs when complete and I've never found anything they need to correct- they do a fabulous job. I highly recommend working with this team :)

I am thankful for the Maids of Alexandria and Arlington, especially Team #11. They have an impeccable attention to detail and make my home spotless. They are very flexible when I need to reschedule because of a conflicting appointment. They’re also flexible when I need to scale up or down in frequency. I started using them after a surgery and couldn’t give up having a very clean home at least once a month. Takes that pressure off.

The Maids came to my home for the first time and worked hard and efficiently. The team of three worked over 2 1/2 hours. The home is over 60 years old and has never been as clean as it is today. Every neglected corner was cleaned. It smells great too! I am so grateful that they put so much effort into cleaning and very pleased with the results.

ESPECIALLY Team 17 - Carla and her team are incredibly professional and courteous. We both work from home and they are always cautious when we are in meetings. All of the team is very personable. I've been using The Maids for a couple years now, and they provide consistently great service. I switched from another company and it was immediately night and day how much more care they take with your home. Making and changing appointments is also easy, and customer support is helpful and kind. I love coming home to a clean and tidy house! Belkis and Team 3 are outstanding!

We have used The Maids since 2017 - the staff are flexible with scheduling if something comes up last minute. Great at communicating and addressing areas we ask for a little extra attention to, like extra vacuuming during peak dog shedding season. :-) Team #11 have been the best and it is such a great feeling to come home after they have been here. Everything looks and smells so clean! It is a highlight of my week!

The Maids are a terrific service. We pay for them to come monthly, and they always do a stellar job. It makes living in our apartment so much easier because even though we clean ourselves, having the apartment cleaned professionally once a month makes our lives so much easier. We were traveling a lot in September and November this year and they made it very easy to pause services for the month, and then resume our normal schedule when we returned. We love the Maids!
