Lots problems with cashier

Great, we found beautiful plants.

Plants are well kept and cashier was friendly!

Plenty of plants, soil, seed and etc. to chose from. Checking out was a breeze.

Your usual garden plantings, herbs and vegetables abound. But different amount from one HD to another tho.

Further away than Pickett Street but twice the store. Staff are always friendly and helpful

This place is ok if you know what you need and can go in and grab it off the shelf.
As other reviews have stated, the associates here are generally not very helpful. I have however found two exceptions to this: associates in the garden and paint departments have been very helpful in my experience.
If you need doors or windows, get them somewhere else. I ordered a simple window screen and ran into every problem imaginable, from receiving the wrong design to having the product delivery delayed by weeks and finally shipped back to the manufacturer for some unknown reason. It was a two-month-long headache.

This is an absolute joke of a store. Walk in to spend 1000 dollars and can't find a cart. So the ASM sends a guy to track one down and 10 minutes later he shows up with a busted cart. Then I go back with my busted cart and no 2 by 4s down. Done. Walked out and wont return to this location ever

We have used Trublue for a number of projects around our house and have always been extremely happy with the quality of work, professionalism, and value. Most recently Joe completed a beautiful patio for us with an outdoor TV cabinet which we love.
