Cleaning Authority Team 14 are friendly and professional . They are always punctual and efficient with their cleaning .

I run a daycare from my home. They are always smiling and make sure they speak to the children. They are unobtrusive while in the home and are like little ninjas moving about. You don’t see or hear them and when they leave everything is fresh and sparkling clean.

The Cleaning Authority has been helping to keep my home in one clean piece for nearly a decade. For the last three years I've had the pleasure/luck to be supported by the amazing Team 4: Blanca, Joselin and Merida. They go above and beyond not just to clean the house but also to "show up" for me and my foster & permanent pups. They allow my socially awkward loving dog to greet them (he LOVES Fridays as a result!); they cleaned super-fast because the dogs and I were staying out of the way in the backyard in 90+ degrees; they notice when one is sick or has passed; they seamlessly navigate the occasional dog gate and extra dog bed; and keep showing up. I'm so grateful for and confident in their skills and compassion. (The office managers are fantastic too - working with me on a very specific schedule, and occasional dog-related emergencies).

I have been a customer of The Cleaning Authority for 25 years, so that ought to tell you something. I am a very satisfied customer, and I regularly recommend your company to friends and neighbors. My house is always immaculate, thanks to TCA. Marina and Marina are my regular cleaners, and they always do a great job. This past week, team 22 cleaned my house (Melanie, Yanira and Elma), and, again, they cleaned to perfection. Thank you for making my life easier!

Our cleaning team was wonderful as always - they do an excellent job cleaning. Mildre and Mayra were professional and polite - as well as thorough. It’s so nice to come home after they have been here!

Team #12 Doris and Maria do a great job cleaning my home every 2 weeks. They're efficient and thorough, and provide a report explaining deep cleans for various areas and what to expect on the next visit. Highly recommend!

Rita and Claudia, Team 14, arrive with a smile on their face and an attitude of nothing is impossible. They are extremely efficient and always ready to assist when needed. I am very pleased with their work as many of my friends comment on the cleanliness of my home. Its all due to Rita and Claudia.

I’ve had many cleaning services through the years, but none as good as this one. The best day of my month is the day I come home after Rita and Claudia (Team #14) have cleaned! Highly recommend.

We’ve had two separate homes cleaned by The Cleaning Authority for several years now, and there is a reason we stuck with them even after we moved. Their employees are hard workers that pay attention to the details and do a great job. We particularly love our current team #6- Levi’s and Jennifer. They are always friendly and great working around our nosy dog. The company is easy to work with, schedule and to pay electronically. Highly recommend!

We have had Oneida and Brenda as our cleaners for around two years now and I wouldn't want anyone else. They are always very professional and thorough! I'd give them 10 stars if I was able to.

I have known Ms Melany and Ms Yanira (team22), for over 6yr, as they have worked with my parents even before. I know that my mother loved them both because they were more than just a helping hand around her home. For the last 4yrs, I too have grown to have them for they have become like family. Their attention to detail in their work is that of true professionals.
There have been times that they were not available and my dad would rather wait because they are so understanding to the needs of the home.

Blanca has been helping us keep our house looking beautiful since 2011. Even when we moved, we asked that The Cleaning Authority keep us with Blanca. She is absolutely wonderful and does great work. She has recently started working with Yosalin who also does a great job.

Team #22, Melany and Yanira were amazing! They were so kind and did a truly beautiful job. The little touches like setting my son's stuffed animal on the rocking chair were indicative of such care. It was so sweet to walk into my son's room and see it.

To them it’s more than checking off items on their list. They work hard to complete the job up to their personal standards & still within the time frame they are allowed. We appreciate all their efforts. We value these ladies and completely trust each other. Their dedication is admirable- 16 years !!! of friendship.

The team is wonderful and so accommodating - willing to work around you if you work from home. They do an excellent job and they're so fast. I love when Brenda and Oneida do little things like fold the toilet paper. They're terrific.

Rita and Claudia (Team14) do an outstanding job every 2 weeks at my home. I've been using them for at least 10 years now and have always been more than pleased with the quality of their service. TCA is the best. I’ve been having them take care of my home for years and they are always amazing. Tyrea and Rosa are the BEST, sweetest and most helpful team I’ve ever had clean my home. They are so thorough and they really care about the work they do. I LOVE coming home after work to a beautifully cleaned house and a note on my table from them to have a nice day. Can not recommend them enough!
