I found Carlos and his team online. After reading his reviews carefully I noticed only positive responses. My experience with Cedar Groves has been really great as well. I hired the team for a first big project to rebrick our garden and come up with a drainage system. They efficiently completed the work and communicated clearly along the way. After this I hired the team for a second project more related to landscaping and planting grass sods. Again the team was very effective and friendly. I surely recommend Cedar groves

Excellent work ethics. They are always on time and extremely professional. We love their work. They did excellent jobs for our retaining walls an the stairs for our front yard. We wasted money and time with other contractors for our retaining walls, which turned out to be half way done. With Landscaping4less, you get your money worth it. Their price is reasonable and Carlos is always on the top of the projects. I recommend them to everyone, and I will use only them for future yard work. No need to look further, Carlos and his people will do the job for you and will not waste your time. I am so thankful I came across them. AWESOME WORK!

We had a very large project that included leveling the yard, construction of two retaining walls 100ft each, lots of natural stone work including the wall, house foundation, stone steps and aluminum fence. We were looking for a reasonable contractor who would not only deliver on budget but also listen and work with us along the way as we tweaked design decisions. We are so happy that we trusted Carlos in making it a reality. The end product exceeded our expectations both in terms of workmanship and most importantly the process was smooth as Carlos is so easy to work with at a basic human level. That is most important to me and very difficult to find these days. Carlos personally controls every step of the project and ensures quality and communication. Customer’s satisfaction is most important to him.
The final cost was more than reasonable for the amount of work that he and his crew put in.
We need more contractors like Carlos!

If you’re tired of dealing with contractors/businesses that lack in the areas of customer service and communication…then you need to give Carlos and his team at CedarGrove Landscapes & Masonry a call!

I had a fairly small job that included repair work to our existing patio/seat wall due to storm/fallen tree damage, which the original contractor who built the patio wouldn’t even entertain repairing by the way, and drainage work (burying and tying in gutter and sump pump emitter lines, installing French drains and catch basins to prevent water from pooling in low lying areas between my and my neighbor’s yards). I had an extremely difficult time finding a contractor who would come out to provide an estimate, much less perform the work.

I just so happened to run across the CedarGrove website after searching for landscape/patio companies in my area and reading the other stellar reviews/testimonials about Carlos and his team’s work, so I gave Carlos a call. Even though SEVERAL months had passed before we decided it was the right time to proceed with the repair work to the patio due to lingering insurance related issues regarding other repair work to our home/windows…Carlos remembered me and my issue/project proposal and we immediately picked up from where we left off. He was extremely professional and responsive and sent Abner over to survey the project site and answer any questions I had before starting the project.

As others have said, Carlos, Abner and their entire team were GREAT…very professional and extremely accommodating to ensure my needs/expectations were met! They worked hard the entire time and I never had to worry whether they were going to show up or not and if my project schedule was going to slip! In addition to the stellar work ethic and professionalism, the cost was extremely reasonable too! We would definitely look to Carlos for any other work we wish to have done at our home!

Carlos provide a design and cost estimate for a wonderful driveway and pathway area. He stayed with our budget, The crew that installed the pavers, was quickly and it came out exactly as designed! our new front yard met al of our expectations! Carlos give us wonderful suggestions for plans and flowers to help to make our front yard. We could not have selected a better company to make our driveway and walkway dreams come true!

Carlos and his team did a superb job building our 35'x25' patio that includes a pad with three walls for a hot tub, stone fireplace, grill station and rounded seating wall. All the work was done on time and with the utmost care and attention to detail. carlos crew was punctual and above all tidy, ensuring that the work site was cleaned up every day. Our builder, himself a stickler for quality work was so impressed when he saw our backyard that he asked for carlos contact information and hopes to use him on future projects

Have had them do several projects at our house and would hire them again without hesitation. They are professional, very talented, and easy to work with. I had no concerns with them around my house when we were not home, and I trust them to respect our neighbors property and privacy.

When it came time for our latest project, I did not even consider a different company. Carlos (the owner) had several great suggestions to improve upon our vision, and the end results are spectacular. They even dealt with mid-project tweaks to the plan with grace.

At first, we were very pleased with the work done in our front yard and even had them come back a few months later to do some work on our backyard. We started noticing problems in the front with 2 trees on either side of our front door and some grasses planted nearby. The company sent an employee out and then an arborist who said that these selections were not appropriate for our front as they required full sun and we only get a small amount of sun, then all shade. The company then said they would replace the trees(nothing about the grasses) to the tune of $465. When I complained that I did not feel I should pay all this since it was obviously their fault(I hired professionals to make it right, not screw it up), they took $150 off. Not good enough! I’ll do it myself in the spring and NEVER use them for anything again.

We've used Rosemont lawn care for big jobs and small ones. Most recently to remove an old tree. Every time, the are quick, efficient and high-quality. And if there are any issues they immediately fix them. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, Rosemont crews have been systematically trespassing on our property for several years in order to shortcut through to one of their clients. We have informed the crews, Rosemont management, the client multiple times that this is unacceptable and unlawful. We are continually told that it will not happen again, but there is no change to the actual behavior. Police have been involved. I would hesitate working with Rosemont if, as a client, you may become embroiled in legal action.

We’ve used Rosemont twice now - once for our patio and most recently for a new walkway in the front of our house, as well as a walkway leading to the backyard. Their work and attention to detail is impeccable. HIGHLY recommend :) Love that they are a local business too!

Since the date I moved to my new house, every Neighbord said no grass were going to grow in my backyard. I asked 3 different landscaping company and everyone said Imposible but The guys at Rosemont changed my Backyard to have a Nice beautiful grass. Also, my front yard was all Damaged and burn from previous owner and now its all green. Now all neighbors are jealous. Great People and amazing costumer service. I would really recommend Rosemont...

Our project was a large landscape improvement. From the very beginning, the project manager took the time to understand what our wishes and goals were, as well as our reasons for them. He then designed the project while occasionally making appropriate alternative suggestions in consideration of overall costs for us to consider. One of the most impressive things he did was to continually reassure us it was okay to change our mind during any phase, even during implementation, whether it be to cancel some aspect or add other things. The message clearly was that he and the company wanted us to be happy with the finished product - that it was our vision that was most important. Our project manage, the crew supervisor and the crew all did outstanding work!

Rosemont has done a lot of work for us over the years, most recently a new patio and raised garden bed in front of our townhouse that we absolutely LOVE. Their work is always top-notch, and I’m sure we’ll be returning to them for whatever else we needs done far into the future. Highly recommended!
