I was really impressed with Rosemont's work. Their team was professional and quick, and their attention to detail in cleaning up our yard and laying the sod made a great difference in the final result. The office team was helpful and pleasant to work with as well. I will certainly come back to Roseomont for future work, and I recommend them to others in the neighborhood as well.

Been using Rosemont landscaping for about 5 years. They do a great job with lawn maintenance and also did a nice water drainage project. What put them over the top for me was a recent response on an issue with mulching - exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make everything right.

Another great back yard clean up from Rosemont! The guys worked diligently (in the sweltering heat) and followed some complicated directions. Were very agreeable to our requests and did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I found their pricing reasonable.

It is rare these days to engage with a contractor who manages to exceed all expectations. We recently had this experience with Rosemont Landscaping & Lawn Care. We hired Sean Sutherland and his team to assist us with a row home back patio re-design and re-construction project in an established neighborhood in Old Town North. We can honestly say, we had a true partner every step of the way. The Rosemont crew was efficient and responsive. Working in a constrained space they accomplished demolition; regrading; installation of drainage, natural gas lines, electrical and lighting; a complete rebuild of fences and equipment housings; and the installation of nearly 300 square feet of cement-set flagstone plus a hand-chiseled firewall all within a tight timeframe — helping us realize our vision with tremendous skill, dedication, and attention to detail. The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish and the desired result was achieved within budget and on time.

I have used Rosemont since I moved to the DC area in Northern Va 5 years ago. They did all the landscaping initially and I have continued to use them for all my day to day and "special" projects since then. I need to thank especially Oscar who has always treated me ( as all their employees have, as family ). He responds quickly, efficiently and with utmost care to all my needs. From responding THE SAME day as a tree went down in a storm, to arranging and being there to removing it THAT DAY to taking me to see trees so I could better decide what to plant... he treats me like his own family not just part of the Rosemont family and he makes everything as easy and efficient as possible for me. From there regular lawn maintenance people to the office staff and Oscar and "Freddie"... they are THE BEST! Hands down! Thanks to all the staff ( and Oscar especially) at Rosemont!

Rosemont did the most incredible job changing my crumbling patio into an outdoor oasis in two short weeks!! Sean, Oscar, and the team are all very responsive and upfront about timelines and costs, and were able to work with me to design and build two patios within my price range. The scope of work included in ground lighting, a gas firepit, and a gas grill, all of which was seamlessly coordinated by Rosemont. Clean up was completed and I can enjoy my patios for years to come! Looking forward to working with Rosemont on landscaping next spring!

Update: Rosemont is now my go-to for any and everything relating to my outdoor space. They have turned my hilly front lawn into a beautiful, lush garden and perform wonderful and timely monthly maintenance. They also just completed a gorgeous trash pad, cut into the base of my hill. No more do I have to bump the trash bins up and down 14 steps! Thank you, Rosemont!

We have been using Rosemont Landscaping since 2017 for various landscaping jobs: turf maintenance, mowing, yard cleanups, annual maintenance, tree planting, large bush/scrub removal, etc. They are always responsive, on time, courteous, professional, experts at their trade, and adequately priced. Their management staff, owners, everyone are all wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Their crews have done numerous jobs for me across landscaping, hardscaping, and day to day maintenance and ranging in size and complexity. We are very pleased with the complete renovation of our backyard which included correcting drainage, excessive rock removal, leveling and sod. After years of neglect it now looks beautiful.

I recently had a large retaining wall (105 ft long x 6 ft high) installed then filled with dirt to level out my yard by Rosemont. They did a great job dealing with county for the permit and structural engineer for the drawings plus the work was done flawlessly. From start to finish Sean and Trey oversaw the project and did a wonderful job. They were not the cheapest or most expensive and happy I went with them. They have also handled the leaves around my property for the last few years and always do a fantastic job. i have reffered them to many others and they have also had positive experiences. Hire Rosemont for your hardscaping and landscaping needs, they dont disappoint!

Oscar and his team were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly responsive and adapted to our needs. The project looks amazing, and we received a very good price for a new fence with them. They were flexible, and I love our new patio space and landscaping. Super friendly and helpful.

Rosemont Landscaping has made our backyard a place for us to relax. I reached out to Rosemont and was scheduled for the same week with Oscar. He showed up on time for our appointment. He walked with me around the planned patio area and talked with me about our project.
I received my quote the next day, like he said he was going to do. I had asked for 2 options for the work being quoted. I had a couple of questions and Oscar responded quickly with the information. The interactive quote had both options presented and was easy to select and communicate the way we decided to go.
The project was scheduled quickly and when finally the big kick off day came....Oscar and team showed up at the house on time and ready to make the backyard happen! I was introduced to Mr. Ronny (the team foreman), Jose, and Juan. They rocked! By the end of the first day the entire project area had the dirt removed and hauled away. Day 2 was fine tuning the area and marking the levels to maintain the proper slope for drainage. By the end of day 2 the base material was in and compacted. Day 3 and 4 where a whirlwind of material brought in and placed per all the paver stone guides I have read. They worked like a well oiled machine...each one of the team was working to the completion of the project effeciently. The install team worked as a cohesive unit and was incredible.
As you can probably guess, the end result ...we are thrilled with. It is beautiful. All we have to do is buy the furniture, set up the grill, and let the relaxing begin.
We are thrilled with the ease, speed, and quality of the work...I would do this again with Rosemont.
