We recently renovated and wanted to switch from a large deck to a patio - Landed worked with us to determine the right dimensions and materials to meet our needs. We were able to do a slate patio that will be low maintenance, and with a beautiful built in firepit that’s a custom size to fit our solo stove. They were meticulous in the building of the patio, and the finished product really shows. And they were able to do the asphalt driveway repairs and have a crew enclose our fencing for us all in the same job. Really full service! And for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend

We are thrilled to be able to provide an outstanding recommendation/review for Landed. After interviewing 3 other companies to complete a total overhaul for landscaping and hardscaping our front and back yards, we quickly realized our decision to sign with Landed was the right one for us. Their knowledge expertise, professionalism and ability to listen were so important to us.
Our project manager Drew Newton met several times with us to design the areas....each time we met, his main focus was to make sure WE felt he was meeting OUR goals with his design! Of course we were open and appreciative of his expert opinion also.
Once the work began, his crew worked steadily and efficiently . Both Drew and the owner Aaron shared oversite of the crew and project. The crew was excellent! They were always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and willingly reworked things if changes needed to be made. We look forward to Spring blooming and love the fact that with an irrigation system, our plantings are guaranteed for 2 years . Overall, we would recommend Landed without reservation...... you may pay more than other companies but you get what you pay for and it was well worth every penny!!!

We worked with Landed to do a complete design and installation of our landscaping for our new home. The results were beautiful and well planned. The crew could do it all - stone work, planting, transplanting, design. We have received frequent compliments and referral requests from neighbors wanting to create a similar look for their home. The extra touches, like lighting, really took our project to another level and it's a joy to drive up to our home each day. We would absolutely recommend them to others - and have!

Landed did a beautiful landscaping job for us. We worked with OD Dalton to design the "look" of the yard and the details of the patio and landscaping. We met a few times to refine and improve it and then went to work. The crew is super professional and created a wonderful backyard living space for us. During the installation, the designed and project manager were on hand to check on the progress of the work and answer any of my questions. I appreciate having a local company that can be there when the work is being done.

We cannot say enough good things about Landed. We had a large, complex landscaping project requiring coordination with our home builder, neighbors and others and Landed handled everything. Their crews were thoughtful, cheerful and hardworking, the landscape plan itself is full of thoughtful details, and the end result is an absolutely stunning backyard. They were truly the easiest and most stress-free part of a massive project and we are incredibly happy with the end result.

Landed LLC did a phenomenal job completely renovating our patio space and front yard landscaping. From the design process through the execution of the project, Drew and his team were a pleasure to work with. He listened to all of our requirements and problems with the previous patio, and gave helpful solutions to ensure our new patio was both functional and very stylish. Landed did a design and build for our back and side yards this summer. They did a terrific job of matching the brick color of our house for the hard scape, and even recommended some less costly options than I had suggested. The installation team was very impressive, and the designer came by several times a day to check on progress. The crew of 3-4 guys finished in about a week, which was several days ahead of schedule. We really love our new backyard. The brick patio has added an extra living room to our house, and it has been wonderful spending time out there this summer. I highly recommend Landed, and I'm always happy to see the crews around the neighborhood.

We hired Landed a little over a year ago to completely overhaul our backyard to install a deck, patio, and artificial turf. They did outstanding work in all aspects of the design/build. OD Dalton did an amazing job with the design, listening to what we wanted while also making excellent suggestions to tie everything together. The Landed team showed up everyday, worked hard, and was very responsive to any issues that arose. Our goal was to create a functional, usable outdoor living space while balancing the needs of owning two large dogs and Landed helped us accomplish that - we couldn't be more pleased.

Sent an email via the website about getting an irrigation system installed. Didn’t get a response. So, I called - couple of weird prompts before a person picked up and said she need to transfer me to someone else - mailbox was full and it hung up on me. Obviously I won’t use them. They might do a great job but can’t get a quote.

After reading the companies response I tried again. While I still find the phone answering system wonky someone did call me back and they were helpful.

Landed was very easy to work with, very responsive and reasonably priced!! They incorporated our ideas into their landscaping plan so we ended up with a professional design that reflected our personal preferences.

Aaron made everything easy, from scheduling a quote to communication to overseeing the project and ensuring it was done properly. Retaining walls are not something people are excited to have to spend money on, but we receive so many compliments from neighbors on how nice our new retaining wall looks - and most importantly feel confident in its structural integrity.

I hired Landed several years ago for lawn service and landscaping and i am beyond impressed with the work they provided. A very diligent and consciences team that executes timely and professionally . My yard looks fantastic. I highly recommend

Butch Whitton at Landed was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a terrific design for our planting beds refresh and suggested some pretty cool plants. We are extremely happy with our project!

Highly recommend Aaron and his team. They transformed our backyard last year and I now feel that I live in a resort. Which is great during this pandemic as we spend so much time at home. Aaron helped us determine what we needed, he provided many suggestions based on his experience, and the result is perfect. He helped us identify a contractor for updating the pool and worked with our contractor replacing the deck, so all was in harmony. We love his choice of landscaping plants. We look forward to working with Aaron again in the future.

Landed did some great work helping install new SOD in our yard. They removed the existing surface consisting of dead grass and weeds, leveled the ground, and added nutrient rich top soil. Once the prep work was done, they rolled out new SOD and it looks fantastic.

Unfortunately we had a mixed experience. We had our backyard leveled for safety reasons, sod added, and a few plants placed. The crew were hard workers and got the job done quickly. A month or so before the job, our PM quit working with Landed. After that, communication really suffered with the company/PM. Many questions or expected follow ups prior to the job went unanswered, such as what plants are recommended to buy, is the job still on schedule. I found myself always need to reach out. The sod looked beautiful but as another company mentioned to us, if you rush the job and don’t treat the weeds before laying the new sod, they will just show back up in full force. They sure did! Based on the PM recommendation, we purchased left over hasta plants from them for a specific area in the yard. Apparently we’ve learned through research and dead/burnt leaves etc, these plants are not good in direct sunlight. We wished landed would have known that. When contacting the PM about this, we unfortunately got no reply. We were told to sign up for their weed prevention, but that required purchasing other services as well which would have been $500/mo+ . After spending close to 10k for our backyard only service, I guess I just expected more. I’ve been treating the yard on my own, but I am certainly no pro. I really waited for some time to pass to leave this review, because I’m sympathetic to local companies receiving less than favorable reviews. However, I thought it important to provide a fair and accurate review. On a positive note, the lines they made for the mulch beds are really nice and again, the crews were very hard workers (and super friendly).

The landscaping plan is spectacular and the crews that do the work (installation and maintenance) are really great. After the installation of the new landscaping, however, the communication and follow-through from Landed were awful, despite having paid for their top maintenance plan. Similarly, attempts to communicate our concerns with the owner and customer service manager were met with silence.

Landed Landscapes did an incredible job designing and installing a beautiful wood-burning firepit in our backyard. They also sprinkled grass seeds around the area and we had a lovely surprise of lush green grass a couple of weeks after the project wrapped.

Aaron, the owner, was responsive in reaching out immediately after I contacted them via web form, came out to discuss the project and quickly provided a fair estimate along with design ideas. The team was able to start the project on our timeline and finished quickly. They left our property / driveway clean every day after their work was completed. We could not be happier and plan to work with Landed again on bigger landscape projects next year!
