Well stocked, good prices, helpful staff

Although understaffed, I have never had anything but a great experience with the people I have encountered here. Particularly in the garden section, I have always received assistance with heavy items, and I have always had my questions answered in a timely manner.

Worst customer service in the world. Tried to offer me pennies for 2 plants I wanted to return that I paid over $50 a piece for. I asked to speak to a manager and he took more than 40 minutes to show up.

Came in to find a plant that the website said they had. Couldn’t find it and none of the employees were helpful.

I placed a online order for pick up after closing. I wanted to pick up the items the next day. I received a email stating my order was ready for pick up. Showed up to retrieve my items and they were not picked. I had to pick 2800 pounds of bagged concrete after I just got done working all day. Not a happy customer. Thanks for nothing home depot!!! Also I own a small business and spend a insane amount of money there!!!

Everything is well-organized and well-maintained, and the selection includes everything from seasonal flowers to landscaping essentials. The staff are also helpful and knowledgeable, making shopping a breeze.

Davey Tree is my go-to for everything that has to do with tree service. Have worked with expert Arborist Chris for several years at my own home and my Mom's. Recently had to take down some hollow and unsightly trees. Replant in space a beautiful Southern Magnolia. Outstanding Chris and crew! Highly Recommend because they get the job done! Professionals!

Came out right away when we had a large branch dangerously dangling over our house. Highly recommend.

We had them come out toevaluate. They make an estimate and you choose if you want the work done. It’s pricey but I feel confident they know what they are doing.

Waited 3 weeks for an estimate. Estimator called if she could come early but showed up later than the original appointment. Still waiting for estimate 4 days and counting. Guess they don’t want my business.

In Feb 2016 I contracted with company to do large tree project. Mr. Powell never returned to grind a stump and replant a tree. The other work they did was fine.

Ok my problem with Davey is as follows. I mistakenly made a payment to them for an invoice from another company. My error. I waited a month for a full refund since there was no outstanding balance with Davey. I called to leave a voicemail. No response. I called a second time to inquire about a refund and was told I should expect a check in two to three months. Enough said.

Excellent work in the removal of two, 30-ft cypress trees. Very professional crew. They were done in roughly one hour. They even trimmed a few branches on a neighboring tree as an added bonus. Thanks for a job well done.

Great experience. Timely estimate after my initial inquiry and then we were able to get on the schedule rather quickly to have the 100’ cherry tree in our backyard crowded. Crew was professional, fast and cleaned up afterward.

Searched all over for a licensed and reliable tree company to do the work.
Found The Care of Trees (now Davey) and they have been awesome!
Licensed Arborists do the consultation and they are NOT quick to just remove trees - which impressed me. They always take the time to discuss options and that makes me feel like they are as good as their name - The CARE of Trees.

They aren't the cheapest - but you get what you pay for !!

Last year I hired this company they sent Zana out and did an outstanding job for me… This year I called them they sent Zana out. She’s been totally unresponsive. It’s been over a month and it’s like pulling teeth to get her to call me back. I then called the office and they were going to have the manager Call me that was a week and a half ago I have yet to hear from him. I strongly recommend at this point not wasting your time trying to get an estimate from this company because they just don’t care.

Very professional and thorough. The crew explained the process prior to commencing and cleaned up all trimmings and tree limbs. On time and very respectful of my property and neighborhood. The office staff and sales representatives are knowledgeable and informed. Would recommend them to everyone needing assistance with landscaping and tree preservation.

We have used Care of Trees/Davey for years to care for a number of very large trees on our property. Their most recent visit did not disappoint. They trimmed as needed, were careful not to drop anything onto the house, or into the pond, and cleaned the yard perfectly. We recommend them very highly.
