The crew finished cutting down a tree that was toppled in the snow storm this January, cut broken branches from other trees, and cleared all the resulting debris. In addition, they accessed our yard by the fence to cut overlapping broken branches from our neighbors' tree. They took care not to cause any additional damage to our trees, were careful of the fence, and cleared the area completely afterward. We recommend Davey Tree and will not hesitate to call them again for additional work.

Davey just finished removing 2 trees from my property and I could not be more pleased. I live in a rowhouse with a shared alley in the back. The workers showed up in advance of the 8:30 start time to assess the alley and move trash bins to clear the path for the crane. I had a neighbor who refused to move his car because objected to the fact that I was cutting down trees on my own property. Mike Whetzel spoke to him separately and got him to move his car. The work went very quickly and the guys cleaned up my yard and the alley and moved everything back afterwards. I got 4 quotes from different tree removal companies and Davey's was the most competitive. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

We have used Davey Tree Expert for over 25 years. Our May 2022 service for triming and pruning was typical of the excellence of this company and justifies this posting which I hope will be encouraging to others. This most recent service began with a visit by the expert for our region who carefully reviewed the work to be done. It was followed by the crew that worked with obvious skill, impressive results and excellent cleanup. The process ended with a fairly priced bill that matched the estimate. I have used Davey Tree three times so far, each time the work has been excellent,. The work was done quickly and the price was much less than the other estimates I received. They just treated my Crape Myrtle for an aphid infestation, and had previously trimmed a large tree and removed a smaller one. They pruned the Crape Myrtle in my front yard yesterday, and trimmed the branches from a neighbor's tree that was hanging over my yard. They come out right away and complete the work quickly.

This company just came by to cut the limbs on my neighbors massive Bradford pear tree in Alexandria that still had all its leaves. But they left all the leaves in my yard even though I signaled them to please blow them away. But no, they were too busy or whatever and could not do it in my little tiny townhouse yard which is a bit of a pain because I just finished raking the leaves from my yard this weekend. I’m very disappointed in this company and the workers that couldn’t take a few minutes to blow away the leaves from my neighbors massive.

Christopher and Mynor took care of grounding several huge tree trunks in my backyard. Christopher came out and gave the estimate. He was great. Professional and easy to work with. He followed up immediately. Even when I contacted him a month later he responded quickly and pleasantly. In addition, their prices were fair and reasonable.

Mynor worked steadily and efficiently. He was responsive to my questions and requests. Both men had excellent communication skills and were happy to share their knowledge.

They provided a no-pressure estimate, which was reasonably priced. A friendly crew did the work efficiently and competently. Special call out to arborist Jason who made a follow-up visit after the job was completed to discuss a few comments we had on the work, and he helped resolve the issue to our satisfaction. He definitely went above and beyond. Let's face it, many tree removal companies will probably do similar work so this type of customer service is what separates companies from the rest.

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Did not return my email or voicemail. Well they don't even answer the phone.

Really unfortunate experience. Worked with Landscaped by Wade through an online portal. Needed to have the lawn mown and some mulch refreshed. We received an OUTRAGEOUS quote, when given the opportunity to collect more info, the representative, Elijah, was smug and rude declaring arrogantly that "you people get what you pay for". If you are looking for fair prices and any kind of customer sevice, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

What a fantastic company!!! Arrived on time, did a fantastic job on the retaining walls, worked with us on any adjustments we requested or questions we had, we even had a request for something they didn't have immediately, and they drove to the store and back!! We could not have been more satisfied with their level of dedication, professionalism, and know-how. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do landscaping.

I called Landscapes By Wade to get an estimate on a patio and a spring clean up. Although it took some time for them to come out, I do appreciate the small family business they run.

The work was completed and to perfection I might add as Francis Wade Davis saw it through himself.

Frank was very helpful and quick in cleaning up my backyard. We had tons of weeds and branches and wild plants, which were not maintained over 4 years. The team they bought on the ground did an excellent job and highly recommend them to anyone with landscaping needs. Very reasonable quotes and friendly people.

Kevin and his team came in to put a nice flagstone staff 6x45 ft patio in next to our house to replace the grass. It was completed quickly and when there was a minor issue that cropped up within 4-months due to bad stones from the quarry, they came back to replace asap.

Stay as far away as you can from this company. Our project was big and had several hiccups, some were out of our control but my husband ended up managing this job because TWO of Landed’s project managers left or were fired. We still pulled through, and what really got me is that items that were supplied by us- 2 fans and around 10 recess lights- were included in my final bill. When I brought it up, the owner said it had been a year so I could basically not get a refund. I guess there’s no timeline to be a dishonest business owner.

Landed did a beautiful job fixing up our backyard. We had a few things we wanted to fix up and they made the vision come to life!

This is an excellent landscaping service with above and beyond customer service. They take pride in their work and check on their houses to make sure everything looks great. We don’t have to worry about a thing. I recommend them highly.
