My realtor told me that The Mean Green Carpet Clean company is doing an excellent job, and he said they were absolutely, over-the-top amazing! Extremely thorough with great attention to detail. They didn't rush the job.

I was so happy to find a good carpet-cleaning company. And their prices! Wow - the prices were so reasonable! Anyway - they arrived right on time and immediately got down to work. I can completely see why they have five-star reviews. Each and every one of these reviews is well-earned, as this is by far the best carpet-cleaning company I've ever used. John Smith is polite, hard- working, and went above and beyond to make sure he was doing a good job. You won't be disappointed if you use this carpet-cleaning company.

Learning more about your company and their service and making an appointment with Mary was 5 stars. She was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with. The cleaned carpet looks very nice and the guys doing the cleaning were pleasant. But in the living room it appeared that the carpet was not cleaned under the chairs, couch, ottoman, and end tables. Also, the best I could tell, the carpet was not cleaned under the bed in the downstairs bedroom. Maybe that's the procedure now but the last company that I had clean the carpets, cleaned underneath the above items.
I do like the product being used (safe, no fragrance and biodegradable). I would use your service again and just monitor the cleaning being done, making sure the above areas were included.

I mean just WOW!! If you could have seen the stains on the carpet. I was sure it was uncleanable. My son had dripped blood from nosebleeds, food stains.. the works. It was like night and day. The carpet is spotless!! Excellent job by this technician. We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

they are not the cheapest. i am a property manager and have used many carpet cleaners over the years. The cheap carpet cleaners don't extract enough water leaving the carpets saturated and risk mold growth, not to mention they don't clean the carpets well. It's worth the extra cost to hire Mean Green.

Vaughn took the extra time needed to get out some tricky stains. I am very happy with the results!

They were extremely easy to schedule with via phone and text, had openings when we needed them to come, arrived on time, and did a really fantastic job cleaning our carpet and rug.

Called them at 4:30 pm on Wednesday and had an appointment for the following morning at 8:00 am. They were prompt and got the carpet cleaned and it looks great. I had another company do the carpets based on a bad recommendation from my realtor and had these guys come a redo it after the first guys did a poor job. I would highly recommend this company. Cost was also very reasonable.

This carpet cleaning was great! Vaughn, my technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and walked me through what would go into the process and the cost. He also did his best to work on some stubborn dirt and stains, which was very appreciated. It was also easy to schedule an appointment, and the team was quite communicative. Technician arrived on time and was professional from the beginning to the end. He advised me that I might not want to go ahead and do the carpets because they were in such bad shape and that case he would clean the worst spot and let me tell him what I thought. If I wasn’t happy, I could cancel. I was thrilled. So that’s what we did and I liked the results so he went ahead into the job. I know it’s an old Carpet and I think he did an amazing job considering all that. He was on his hands and knees and scrubbing for quite a long time. I highly recommend this company in particular Vaughn.

Arrived early, but so early I had to change my day around. Ok. The machine the tech brought kept dripping water on my hardwood floors and needed one of my towels to sop it up. Ok. The machine lid wouldn’t stay open so it could be filled with water and needed my help to hold it open. Ok. None of that is significant until I realize after 30 minutes he was done with both bedrooms and leaving. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Paid $175 for two bedrooms. And a small tip of whatever cash I had. I was told I could go on the carpets immediately. I knew I’d want them to dry for a while at least so I put fans down and went out for a couple hours. When I returned I realize the carpets are soaked. Unwalkable. Rubbed my hand over the top and also realize the carpets are still covered with debris, human and animal hair. The crevices by the walls are untouched as well as behind each bedroom door. I sent video and made calls. After texting the tech I did get a call back from Sandra saying she would call me Monday to come back out. Despite reaching back out They have never called again or responded to my emails. I’m disappointed. The staff was super friendly and I was really hoping to establish a long term relationship with this company to share with my other neighbors. At this point I’ve put in a dispute with my credit card company and have cleaned the carpets myself.
I live in a high rise so my experience may be different than others where they are able to use the machine in their truck.
