I recently had my commercial carpets cleaned, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy. The technician arrived on time, walked me through the process, answered my questions, and treated my office with care.

The results were even better than I expected. Stains I thought were permanent lifted completely. The carpets look brighter, feel softer, and smell fresh without any harsh chemical scent. Drying time was fast, and pricing was fair with no surprise add-ons.

I have used Silkwood many times over the years, and have always been able to count on them for positive results, with prompt and courteous responsiveness. A true gem in the industry!

I had an area rug and 1 curtain cleaned. They returned both and the curtain was all wrinkled. I didn't accept it. After speaking to the manager about the wrinkled curtain she said the charge to clean it is $225ish and they gave me a discount. The price doesn't include pressing. Cleaning only! Pressing whould cost an additional 100ish. So I said please just bring it back wrinkled then and I will pay for the Cleaning only. The employee brought it back and was instructed to not give it to me until I paid. The charge no had an additional charge of $75.
I original paid the delivery charge the 1st time. How was i to ever think when you are spending this much money for Cleaning that the would not return it pressed? At least in the same condition it was in. Instead I got a wrinkled curtain. I refused to pay the $75. I said I would pay for the Cleaning only since I previously paid a delivery charge. They refused. And took my curtain! Unbelievable!

Pulled the slider off of the zipper of a couch cushion a few days ago, found this place on Google maps, called and asked if they could replace the zipper, which they could. Brought it in today fully expecting to drop it off for a few days to have the zipper completely replaced. Instead, in just a few minutes, he put a new slider on and fixed the tape/teeth so that the slider wouldn't come off again. All for a very reasonable price, too. Very friendly staff, amazing service. Highly recommend for all your upholstery and furniture repair needs.

I had the most wonderful experience with A & JAD's. They restored an antique piece that had been in our family for a VERY long time. I appreciate their communication, checking in on the next steps, attention to detail, advice on how to care for the piece, and overall care / enthusiasm and knowledge. They were also very careful to manage their workload and deliver the restored chair on schedule. Outstanding experience, I recommend!
