So impressed with Beto's Carpet Cleaning! Marco went above and beyond to do whatever we needed!!! i will definitely use them again in the future!!

I had a plumbing issue at my house and the basement was flooded with sewer water. After a quick search online, I decided to Beto’s Carpet. They promptly replied and came over. The flooded area was treated and the water sucked. The job done was just fabulous. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism.
Antonio, the guy that came over with two other ladies were very professional. Antonio took the time to explain the work process and what to expect from them and left his industrial fan at my house at no additional cost to me. Thanks for making my basement clean.

Repeat customers since 2011! We first met Beto and his team as renters. Our Golden Retriever had gotten sick in various spots all over white carpet. Beto and team to the rescue! When they were done cleaning, not only were the stains gone, but the carpet looked better than we moved in. We got our entire security deposit back, in part because of clean carpets.

Homeowners for many years now, we have continued to work with Beto and team over the years and most recently in July 2020. They clean upholstery as well.

Had the carpet cleaned in condo that I rented which was in pretty bad shape but Marco and his crew did a great job with making it clean. They did miss a spot but came back to get it done. Would recommend to anyone.

We've used this service for several years for our condo in Arlington and have always been very pleased with the work they do! On time, text confirmation when on way, excellent carpet cleaning, making our older carpet sparkle and smell fresh. They make special effort on the areas with stains too.

Marcos came out this past weekend to clean two W2W carpeted rooms and an area rug. We were planning on replacing the carpets within the year but we needed the area rug cleaned so figured we'd clean everything. It's amazing how much life they brought back to the carpet - looks fantastic. Marcos was courteous, professional, and their COVID protocols were comforting. It was a great price as compared to their competition too. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Beto’s carpet cleaning was able to respond and provide next day service to some carpets that badly needed cleaning.

I just moved into the area and my movers were arriving in two days. Marco and his crew responded quickly without hesitation and did a great job, not only cleaning the carpets quickly, but also left some fans at the house to ensure the carpets would be dry in time for my furniture’s arrival the next day.

Had a great experience with Beto's Carpet Cleaning. I was able to get a quote via email and then called to make an appointment a few days later. They had multiple appointments available later that week. I let them know that I wouldn't be at the location the day of the cleaning and would need a heads up when they were on their way, and they gave me plenty of lead time, even apologizing that they were running a little earlier than expected! Marco was incredibly friendly and professional to work with on the day of. Given the relatively small size of the rooms I needed the carpet cleaned in, they even charged me lower than I was quoted, without my asking. The carpets look clean and refreshed now, despite a decent amount of wear and tear. It's really nice to work with an honest, quality, local business and get such great results.

I contacted several carpet cleaning companies when we were moving out of our rental and needed whole home carpet cleaning. We ultimately went with Beto as his price was more than fair/competitive, and his service was absolutely top notch. We would recommend to anyone looking for these services. His work is impeccable. We had one stain of concern the movers had caused and we were really concerned that it wouldn’t be able to be removed. Beto did a terrific job and the stain is completely gone and unnoticeable. His work was thorough and professional.

The guys came over and got to work immediately. They got out every stain in my carpet. This was 20 year old carpet that smelled like a 100 lb Bulldog. Now it's like new! Actually, they used some sort of solution that made it smell better than new carpet. This is the 2nd time I've used their service & I'll do it again and again whenever I need carpets cleaned because it's the best service I've ever used - and the cheapest!
