These people have no idea what they are doing and will rip you for a job and then saying they are coming to fix it and charge you again. They came to clean our carpet and the guy put 3 spots of water on the floor n stayed 15 min n left charged us $133 for nothing. I called they sent someone else out to do it and then asked if we wanted our steps done as well which we thought was a courtesy for not doing the job the 1st time. Nope! They charged us another $133! Then when we tried to discuss this with their manager, he was rude and said “Oh but we gave you a $25 coupon “ . These people dont do their job and will take you for more money for not doing the job right the first time.

Luis and partner arrived on time. Both were very pleasant. Whatever question I had about the cleaning process Luis was very informative. He explained why it was important to installed a bird cage for the outside vends. Which I did.

I’m thrilled with the work my 2-man Stanley Steemer team did on two rugs and my kitchen grout. The grout between my ivory-colored kitchen floor tiles had actually turned black, but I knew online DIY methods for cleaning it would be too tough for me. Thanks to Stanley Steemer, my grout and the entire floor look new. The young men were very professional and exceedingly pleasant.

Fellas did great work. No issues with communication and showed up when they estimated. They gave a play by play so knew what to expect both cleaning and cost wise before they started. Knowledgeable in their expectation for specific items and their full clean result prior to actually starting (they don’t front that they can make a miracle happen if a rug is torched). Wasted zero time in getting started and knocked the job out of cleaning a sectional, four chairs and a bedroom rug in less than an hour. Results were exactly what we were hoping for hiring some pros instead of going it ourselves. Cost was reasonable given amount of time we didn’t have to spend and the result was most certainly more consistent and cleaner than if I rented a rug doctor. Not economically viable for us every month, but an annual deep clean of some often used furniture is a no brainer for Stanley and his/her crew.

The crew that cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent (Luis and Josue) were exceptional. They were incredibly detailed and thorough and took great care in not damaging or dirtying the house during the process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone for this service.

Edgar was the best customer facing Rep that I have seen in a long time. Please keep him on your staff and prep him for a leadership role.

The techs were nice but they were in a hurry and didn't feel like making an effort to assist in any way. Uncertain of what treatment was actually applied to rugs. Surprised in a bad way. I don't recommend them at all or will ever use their service's ever again.

Jason was my service provider. He cleaned several rooms of carpet and kitchen tile grout. He did an awesome job! He was professional, very knowledgeable and cordial. Both young men were polite & businesslike. I appreciated their attending to my requests for repeat spotting of high traffic areas with improved results. I’m especially appreciative of the return this afternoon when we somehow missed each other in the morning. S is somewhat less careful with a lighter, quicker touch in his work; M is very thorough & takes pride in his work tho they seemed to work well together.

Spectacular professional service! Gabriel was outstanding as a technician and artist! Helped renovate my entire home with her experience and attention to detail! She was very patient and accommodating to my home’s needs! So glad I got the technician I got! I need someone who knows their craft and knows the nuances of what they’re doing for my needs! Very easy to book. Technician came on time. He walked me through the process and asked about concerns. Then he performed the cleaning and wow all stains were removed from my living room and dining room carpet! Amazing. He was fast yet thorough. 2 rooms, stairs, and the hallway done in 45 minutes. He did sell me on the upcharge for deodorizing and protectant lol. But that was also my choice to agree.

Had a great experience with Stanley Steemer’s Aquiles and Victor! They were on time, super polite and did an amazing job. They were even able to get an old wine stain out of my white couch! Will definitely be using their services in the future!

Hector and Sebastian were great! I live in a row house in DC and the HVAC system is scrunched into a closet. At first we weren't sure if they would have space to clean it but they were able to improvise and figure it out. Once the cleaning started, they worked diligently and expertly to clean the vents. Very kind and nice people. I highly recommend.

They explained what the services was all about got to work. Once they finished they cleaned and showed me what my ducts look like before and after plus taking care of my dryer vent. I was very pleased with service. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer!
