My home was cleaned on February 7th, 2017 and after the women left, I did a more thorough walk-thru. I noticed several items had not been cleaned/wiped down (mirror in room, coffee maker, kitchen sink/faucet, bed made incorrectly with fold hem at the foot of the bed). I alerted the business owner to these mistakes an hour later with photos and haven't heard back as of February 9th.
It's too bad because I desire to support Black-female owned business, but this happened. I wish them success.

My home was in need of a good, spring cleaning. Tanya and her team did not disappoint. They were able to come early due to a cancellation and even brought an extra person. They finished cleaning two floors in about two and a half hours. They were pleasant and accommodating. I hope to have them back to do more.

Highly recommended cleaning service - when things didn't go well, Tanya acted quickly and made things right. Ive never had my home cleaned by anyone before so this was my first experience. The first crew did not do a very good job. At first glance, I though things were cleaned until I noticed some obvious things that just were not cleaned (dusty tables, crumbs on the stove top, unclean mirrors etc.) I contacted Tanya and she brought a new crew. They all were so wonderful, they paid careful attention to detail, and did an excellent job cleaning my home. They really went above and beyond. Tanya came over personally and assisted with the recleaning. She was really patient and understanding and genuinely wanted to make things right. Despite the trouble I had with the first crew they sent out, Tanya and her crew made it right, and I am a satisfied customer. Two thumbs up!

I would highly recommend Chappell's Cleaning Services, LLC for any office that needs a deep cleaning and disinfection. Chappell's Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning our office. Cleaning included high and low dusting, disinfection of all door knobs, door frames, conference room tables, employee workstations and all office windows. The office carpet was vacuumed and a special carpet cleaner was used with a SDS approved disinfection liquid. Their personnel were professional and performed the work with proper personal protective equipment. Chappell's Cleaning Services, LLC was also very responsive on short notice. So I wanted to get my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment cleaned in time for my wife's birthday. I needed service two days before my planned surprise, and I was worried that such a request would not be feasible due to lack of prior notice. I sent out an e-mail, with the hopes that someone would respond to me.

Chappell's Cleaning Service not only responded in a timely manner, but the work that they've completed was so well done that the apartment looked brand new (we've been living here for three years with a three-year-old dictator. Every parent out there knows how impossible it is to clean while the little one is around). Their price was very reasonable, and they will meet your budget as well as the goals you wish to accomplish.

I would highly recommend this business for your cleaning needs. They also offer bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services, so the glorious cleanliness of your home can be maintained!

Chappell Cleaning Services are not only professional but on time and do excellent work. Chappell's Cleaning Service was hired for cleaning after a move out.. They were able to come out the next day as needed. The team did a great job and left condo in move in condition which was a great relief after a move. Chappells made the job affordable according to the work that needed to be done. I also got new cleaning product ideas.

Chappells Cleaning Service is great. The company maintain my home in between guest. No surface, no mirror, no window, no room goes untouched. If a small repair is needed such as a clogged toilet, or drain, Chappell's team call me right away. If they are in need of any assistance, the assigned team member will reach out. I love that I get a text when they are en route and when the work is completed. Scheduling and payment is easy as well. I love supporting small, minority business. I definitely recommend Chappell's Cleaning Service for any residential and commercial business.

It took me a while to write this review because I was internally battling with whether or not to do it. As I was preparing to move into my new home in February 2021, I decided that cleaning the home was not something I wanted to deal with during the move-in process. After doing research and reading through reviews, I decided to go with this company. They are definitely more expensive than other cleaning companies in the area but I figured it was due to them being thorough.

On the day of the cleaning, I allowed 3 of their staff, including one of the co-owners, into my home to clean the vacant house. I had other tasks to handle so I left them in the home and came back an hour later. Upon my return, Mr. Chappell started walking me through the home (in a rushing manner), directing me to give the okay for each room. I informed him that I saw dust in several places as well as the floors not completely vacuumed. After he walked away from me, I had time to review the cleaning more thoroughly to discover that there were several areas their team had missed.

When I informed him of the continuous issues I kept discovering, he told me that I cannot go back and say something needs to be corrected after I've already given the okay. I politely informed him that he was not going to tell me what I couldn't do in my home and that I would not have had to request better cleaning if his team had done it properly in the first place. Words were exchanged and his team corrected the problems but by this time I was frustrated and ready for them to leave my home.

He subsequently called me and I thought it was to apologize for his tone and the inadequate cleaning services they had offered. BUT NOPE. He called me to tell me that he wanted to up-charge me $50 for cleaning my EMPTY refrigerator since it wasn't on my already $500 cleaning bill. At this point, I requested to speak with his wife, the other co-owner, who I had previous correspondence with. I explained the issue to her and she agreed to waive the refrigerator cleaning fee and give $40 off. I was exhausted by the whole situation and ready to just be done.

To add insult to injury, I had an exterminator come in the same day and I told him about the cleaning service. He looked around and said the home didn't look thoroughly cleaned and it didn't even smell like any cleaning products. I would have left the situation alone if I didn't have to bring a friend in subsequently to help me actually wipe the inside and outside of my cabinets, thoroughly clean the bathrooms him and his team were suppose to clean, and numerous other cleaning tasks that should've been covered by their services.

After speaking to several people about the situation, everyone told me it was important that I wrote this review because I would have done things differently myself had I known this level of service would be provided. Talk about a making a moving process more stressful and $450+ wasted. My hope isn't to scare people from using this service but for them to understand the impact they had on my moving process. I ended up pushing my move-in date back a week because I had to find time to actually clean up behind them.

Chappell's is a family-owned enterprise with excellent service! I discovered Tonya and her crew by referral from a realtor. I've used them consistently and frequently over the past 6 months and always found the service timely, reliable, professional, friendly. Most important is that it is customized while also being reasonable. Tonya always asks what I want on any particular cleaning visit, before and at the start, she and her team always ask for inspection and feedback. I have found her quite open to hearing what was good and what I'd like to be different. I have been through lots of cleaning services in multiple places over 20-plus years, and recommend this one highly!

I Called Tonya on Wednesday and she was able to schedule me the very next day on Thursday for a move in/out deep cleaning project. I contacted other cleaning companies and they couldn't accommodate my last minute cleaning service need. The very next morning Tonya & her team arrived onsite and on-time and started work immediately. Let me just say throughout the whole cleaning process I was "Shock" at the production and quality of the service they was providing. Once the project was finish I praise her and the team for the excellent job they done and inform Tonya I will be using her service again and I will spread the word to family & friends.
