Couldn't have been more satisficed with the services that has been provided.

Hired Jason to clean my home windows (2 levels) and he was so efficient and helpful! I work partly from home and my schedule is always fluctuating, luckily he was very patient and helped schedule a time that worked well with me. I've already recommended him to my friends and family! He was super nice and we ended up chatting a good chunk of the time he was working. I will be a returning customer.

I've hired Tier One Window Cleaning to clean our windows and the siding on our house. Jason is very responsive when I reach out to schedule appointments and he's always on time. He does a fantastic job and his prices are very reasonable. He's very professional and I feel comfortable having him work around our home and family. I highly recommend Tier One Window Cleaning and plan to call Jason for any future projects.

The service was over priced and the 2 ladies did not throughly clean any of the rooms I asked, I had to ask to go back clean the kitchen oven, the 2 would start cleaning things like dishes and inside the refrigerator which I specifically told tell not to do from the original agree and again when they were in the house. A number of appliances were not cleaned as well the surrounding area. For the amount paid the quality was poor.

Honestly not a bad clean, from the cleaning team but there were a few odd things. The bathroom looked very nice but the trash in the kitchen wasn’t taken out at all and I found the trash from the bathroom in a bag on my back patio… booking was a bit odd and they seemed surprised I wouldn’t be home to inspect before and after. House was pretty clean to begin with just needed some detailing and I think that was accomplished to a B level.

We had living room sofa cleaned and it looks terrific! Nadim did an excellent job on the sofa and also on the prep, cleanup and repositioning the sofa after he finished. He also provided helpful advice on caring for the furniture between cleanings. We’ll definitely call Smart Choice Cleaning again.
