Attention to detail! I've had 4 cleanings now from Gold Star and am incredibly impressed. Where previous companies have just tidied, they clean! Very pleased with the service!

Fantastic cleaning job. Every time they come I wonder if I really need them cos the house looks fairly clean. But when they're done I realize just how "not clean" the house was! Amazing attention to detail. Courteous. Timely. They go above and beyond what I would consider normal cleaning areas. House looks fantastic after they're done. So glad I found them.

My world would not function without the team from Gold Star. They have been a god sent to me. Always on time, responsive, flexible, impeccable cleaning, and just easy to have in our home. We used their service for 4 months. 2 of those months, their cleaners broke valuable and irreplaceable things. One of them broke something, then took it with her to hide the evidence. Only when we confronted the company did they admit to breaking it. They never put things back in their place so expect to come home and all your pictures and things are scattered everywhere. Awful experience. Absolutely would not trust them alone in the house.

We just moved to the area and were referred to Gold Star Maids after two AWFUL cleans with another company. I couldn’t be more pleased at the attentiveness and general cleanliness of our home (and I am VERY picky). They paid extra attention to areas I mentioned and didn’t leave anything out. I plan to use them biweekly going forward!

The only negative are the time windows for their service. I wish we had a specific time locked in weekly, instead of a window!

Unfortunately, we can’t say the same things we did when fort starting with this company! The cleans seem to have gotten lazy and we often find ourselves following up after cleanings with things they’ve missed. They always work to correct those items and have never been rude or dismissive in any way, but we don’t see the same clean that we first did when starting. In addition, the prices were raised with the new year by a small margin. We continue to use this company but can’t say we are as happy as we were in the fall!

Could not be happier. At first I didn't want to pay for the deep cleaning... Went back and forth on canceling and decided to move forward. The team did a GREAT job! I will be scheduling monthly cleaning moving forward. They moved my couches, found lost items in the house, pulled back the carpet and mopped all while I was working from home and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned the window shades and around the windows. Our family will be using them for our entire life of living in Alexandria. Thank you!

They leave the house not only sparkling clean but also feeling fresh, cosy, and beautifully cared for. They are so friendly and kind to me, my family, and even our dog, which makes such a difference. Absolute Tree removed a large silver maple that was in our patio area. They did an amazing job and left the space spotless. The price was very reasonable and less than some other estimates.

Came out very quickly and provided an estimate that was lower than a competitor's. Scheduled removal quickly. Amended contract when I asked to add stump grinding. Gave me a 10 percent discount. Did a marvelous job on the removal -- it was in a difficult place, a really tall tree on property line on the top of a hill with utility lines passing through. No damage to property, no mess left at all, stump ground down nicely, spotless! I'd highly recommend.

I reach out to Absolute Tree and received a very quick response and was happy with the quote. We were attempting to schedule soonest when I noticed their truck right next door. I texted and asked if I would use this truck as long as a crew was close by. I recieved real time support. Truck was caught in time and the crew managed to completed the job perfectly. Absolute Tree offers a well-seasoned hardwood blend that differ in weight & size but are all good for a dry and steady burn. First delivery went well, driver called in advance before unloading. Will try them again once I run out.

The crew did a great job on pruning my trees and removing a huge dead tree. They were very diligent in ensuring everything was cleaned up and put back together. I have used these services several times and highly recommend them.
