The work was scheduled for 11/3. A staff member knocked on the door and we verified the tree to be pruned. The work was done very well.

The service was phenomenal. I am very pleased with how professional and seamless it was to work with them. Will definitely use this service again in the future. Recommend them to anyone in the area!

Every job performed by an Absolute Tree crew has been completed as discussed both safely and accurately without damage to anything or anyone. I remain amazed by the knowledge and skills shown to protect both property and co-workers - truly a team effort that cares about their work. Cleaning up our court after work recently done at a neighbor’s home led to my driveway and carport being cleared of MY leaves - totally unnecessary and very much appreciated! I highly recommend Absolute Tree Service!

I have used Absolute Tree service a few times in the past and I wouldn't have anyone else do the job other than them. They always do a great job, show up on time and leave the work area very clean. I highly recommend them!

I found this company out of the Prince William County Best Picks Reports Quality Home Services Guide where they got a 4.9 rating out of 5. I requested a quote online (4/6/25) for tree trimming of a big tree (Zelvoka Tree) in my back yard. I was contacted via text by Ashley, the President and Lead Arborist asking what type of Tree it was. 3 hours later, I received a proposal in which I accepted a day later (4/7/2025) after consideration. The reason for the 1-star rating is that after I accepted the proposal on 4/7/25, I did not receive any communication whatsoever for two weeks. I didn't even receive a date that of service that the company would come out to do the tree trimming service until I reached out to the company for status on a scheduled service date. Ashley, the president responded to the email with a service date, but it was a short response with no recognition of the lack of communication (she appears to not be personable or customer service oriented) to me as a customer. 3 more weeks went by and there was still no communication of final confirmation as the service date got closer. On the day of the scheduled service date, no communication of expected arrival time. By the time I got off, I noticed that the company did not come to my place of residence at all. I reached out to the Ashley, the president via email and text message that afternoon to get an explanation. She didn't respond to my email but responded to text message (addressing me by the wrong name as well) stating that a bunch of scheduled jobs were rescheduled from the windstorm the area had experienced the week before, but an email should've been sent out.

Unfortunately, I did not receive any email or communication about any of this which was the theme of this disappointing customer experience. I requested the cancellation of service from them since it seemed that communication with the customer wasn't that important. Ashley, the president of the company apologized greatly for the inconvenience and honored my request to cancel the service. She also stated that the company had a major wind event two weeks prior that caused roughly 9 days' worth of emergency work where the staff has been working around the clock.

Unfortunately, this was not communicated to me as the customer at all until I decided to cancel the service that they couldn't provide at the scheduled day and time. Unfortunately, Absolute Tree, Inc. did not meet the 4.9 out of 5-star rating that was advertised in the Prince William County Best Pick Reports Quality Home Service Guide 2025 all due to the lack of communication which is not good business. I will take my business elsewhere where hopefully communication with the customer is priority # 1.

So glad that Absolute Tree was able to provide the awesome service as soon as I mentioned of my urgent need to cut down a cracked tree. The crew’s expertise is noted, indicating that they were well-prepared and knowledgeable about the necessary steps to safely remove the tree. Absolute Tree is an amazing company! Their customer service is top-notch. They are responsive and excellent at explaining the needed tree care, as well as the method of removal. They also are quick, efficient, and great at cleaning up the job site. Best of all, they removed a very large mulberry tree leaning toward and over my property and part of another mulberry tree from a difficult situation behind my townhouse that offered limited access. I highly recommend them and will 100% use them again!! Thanks for a job well done!

We just used Absolute Tree Inc. for the third time and had another great experience. This time Ashley sent Abraham Portillo to consult with me in person and prepare a proposal that was detailed and reasonable. Our job was scheduled quickly and Abraham and a crew of three did excellent work that included safety pruning, shaping and crown reduction. As in previous jobs, the crew took care of our property while working and cleaned up each site thoroughly. Everyone was courteous and hardworking and Abraham was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We’ve had trees removed from other companies and Absolute Tree Inc is a giant step ahead in quality and efficiency. They removed two 50ft oak trees in record time. They were carful with the equipment and removal to not damage the yard. It’s like they were never here. I highly recommend

Contacted them on August 21 or 22 for an estimate to remove two trees. Didn't get an email response until the 26th. Owner said they had been busy. Ok, no problem. I responded on the 26th if they could come out on Sept 3 for an estimate. He emailed back and said he would take a look. He never followed up. Maybe they do good work if they respond...but don't wait for them.

Absolute Tree was responsive and offered a reasonable price. They scheduled a few days later and arrived on time and were polite to the neighbors. Work was completed timely and yard cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

I got some firewood from these guys today, and it’s the best firewood I’ve bought in 10 years having a wood stove. This is better than some kiln dried wood that I got 2 years ago. Pretty sure I got a little more than I ordered too! Absolute tree does this well, even though they probably don’t make much money off of it.

Ordered a cord of firewood. Ashley (the owner) scheduled it for delivery the very next day. Wood is of very good quality. Delivery driver was amazing. Super friendly and did a great job, made sure the wood was exactly where I wanted it and took very good care while on property. Excellent experience!

I have used Absolute Tree Inc to remove and prune our trees for over 25 years. You can't beat their prices and they are quick to respond. The employees are friendly, professional, and neat. I would highly recommend this company!

After getting 5 quotes for a massive, 80ft pine tree, Absolute tree was the best price. They were flexible in scheduling and in payment dates and got the job done in 6 hours. After I realized they did not do the stump grinding all the way, they came back no charge the next week and finished the job. Highly recommend.

After a storm—likely a tornado—hit my property, I had a 60-foot oak on my house, another leaning dangerously, and debris scattered everywhere. Ashley, the president of Absolute Tree, was there the next day. He quickly adjusted with extra equipment, safely cleared everything without damaging my house, and even carefully saved a small magnolia crushed under the oak.

What a crew! My job was basically mission impossible. Remove a massive oak from my backyard with no direct access to the tree. I had two other companies tell me it couldn’t be done. Absolute Tree quoted a fair price and got me on the schedule quick. Their crew was incredible. They figured out how to position the crane to be able to access the tree and move the cut pieces safely out of my yard. It was an all day job but they got it done safely. They cleaned up the area and didn’t leave a trace. I couldn’t be more happy with their work or their consummate professionalism. Before and after photos included so you can see exactly what a tough job this was. Could not recommend them more highly.

Amazing company that goes above and beyond for everyone and not just existing customers! They saved the day after the snow storm and helped with an emergency snow removal same day . They did an amazing job and sent pictures to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. Will definitely utilize them for any tree issues or major snow removal in the future!
