Steve arrived on time, made sure to clean as he was working so as to not leave a mess, priced reasonably, extremely friendly and professional, addressed all my questions and concerns and ensured the work he completed was to my satisfaction before leaving. Very happy with Steve and will be first call for all my plumbing needs.

Had a water issue with AC condensation clogged drain and Steve came for the rescue. I cannot recommend him enough. Steve was very thorough and knowledgeable on the work. All was fixed on the same day and had a piece of mind without breaking the bank. Steven not just did an excellent job, but recommended another company to help with the water remediation issues and it was also excellent.

A neighbor referred Steve to me. He quoted me a fair price to install a new toilet. The whole experience was excellent. Awesome communication, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely be using him again for future plumbing/home needs.

Ian arrived about three hours after they were called and was very friendly and courteous. The work was quoted before proceeding to snake our sink and that was the price paid. He was neat and meticulous and we had good conversations about our plumbing hookups and plumbing in general. He also fixed our clogged shower head for no charge. We give he and his company a 10 star and will not hesitate to call them in the future and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends. Well done.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Two Irish Plumbers! They arrived precisely when they said they would, and wasted no time getting to work. Their professionalism was evident as they quickly and efficiently tackled the plumbing issue, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. After my initial contact, they got me scheduled very quickly. They completed the job in a good amount of time and it was very reasonably priced. I am so incredibly happy that I found Smooth Plumbing! They are always able to schedule you without delay, and should you have any questions, their communication is quick - even at 9 PM.

The technicians are highly trained, very knowledgeable, communicative and downright nice! The first job I booked, I was sent a bio for my technician, as well as a tracking map to know when he would arrive at my house.

Pricing is fair and upfront and you are always given at least three options to choose from as far as the work that could/will be done and what it costs. I had two toilets replaced by Smooth recently, and thank goodness the technician was knowledgeable enough to know my issues were most likely stemming from high pressure in my home (THANKS TJ!). Being as it was time to replace my hot water heater, I did so today and also had a gauge installed that will even out high water pressure when it happens. Talk about fast, he did it all by himself within two hours.

Thank you Smooth Plumbing, I have not felt lied to nor taken advantage of. As of this point, I do not believe I will go anywhere else when I need service!

Caesar (sp?) did a fantastic job troubleshooting and fixing my Grohe "Touch" kitchen faucet that was no longer turning on by the "touch function". He was on time (literally to the minute!), courteous, quick and cleaned up very well. He is "The Gentleman Plumber"!

Sadly, my experience was not what I expected. The men arrived outside of their 2-hour window. The repair, a fairly simple procedure on a tankless water heater, took there and a half hours - they brought two men, don't know why. Total cost was very high for what I expected because it took so long. There was an issue with billing - I had to leave the men while I went to a business meeting across town. Before I left, I asked if they wanted me to leave a credit card. They assured me they could have a bill sent to my home. I had to text back and forth with my au pair while driving back across town (voice transcription texting only, but still...) to find out that they were wrong, their business office couldn't bill me, and they needed a credit card number now. I mean, I TRIED to make things easy for them, for gosh sakes! I TRIED to leave a credit card with them!

So, that's three strikes already: 1) late; 2) billing issues; 3) more expensive than anticipated (by about 40%!) But then their manager called me. I guess he just wanted to yell at an unhappy customer? Because that's what he did.

"I'm sorry they told you the wrong thing, but NOBODY in the service industry bills people, everyone ALWAYS take a credit card. We never bill anyone unless they're one of our best customers." (Thanks for NOT treating me, a new customer, like one of your best customers...it's much harder to win new customers than to keep old ones, by the way...just sayin'.) After for yelling at me for a while, and trying to justify what I felt was a very bad experience, he finally said "this is an unproductive conversation." and we ended the call.

Anyway, I couldn't recommend this business for anything; the manager, at least, was not a "gentleman," at least not to me. Best of luck if you hire them, I hope your experience is different than mine.

The first diagnosis was inconclusive; another leak and they promptly returned. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it, putting in a new section of pipe. Then another division came out and repaired the ceiling and repainted, at a cost that I believe to be fair. I've used The Gentleman Plumber before.
