The Gentleman Plumber provides excellent service at a fair price, always going above and beyond the call of duty, including answering my calls on weekends and evenings when there is an emergency. They are very intelligent, honest, timely, hard working and take great pride their work. They have been a huge blessing to our family and our house, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue from regular maintenance to repairs to installations.

The plumber whom I had been using for many years retired three years ago and only recently have I found a replacement that I like. My first experience using The Gentleman Plumber was in early February 2024. During the course of that month, I have had several conversations with the supervisor, Andy Perkins, about various plumbing issues at my house, including problems with my sump pump discharge pipe. On each occasion, he has listened attentively to my problems and taken the time to recommend the best and most economical way for me to address them. I also have had a good experience with Cesar, a member of the plumbing crew whom Andy supervises. Cesar works efficiently and cleans up the area after he has completed the job. I will continue to use The Gentleman Plumber for all of my plumbing needs.

Leo unclogged my bathroom sink today. He did a very thorough job. He both explained to me what is causing my sink to clog up and described what could be a longterm solution. He is a true professional.

The Gentleman Plumber is very easy to work with and they provided excellent service in replacing a hot water heater and a sump pump. We will use them again as needed.

Called a.m. of a very cold Jan 21st with frozen pipes in what I call our "Florida room" - the pipes don't like the cold. I didn't drip the faucet enough. The gentleman on the phone spent a good deal of time with me to go through everything about my setup. They were not surprisingly swamped but he managed to send someone over within a couple of hours. Leo came in, very professional, and walked me through a very overcomplicated system of pipes. No other plumber has done that with me. Managed to thaw the pipes and now I'm looking forward to the Gentleman Plumber coming back to replace my pipes, better insulate and give my wife and I some peace of mind. Great company! ... in writing this review, I apparently overwrote my review from 5 months ago for another project. That review was just as positive!

Marcos arrived VERY promptly. He explained the options with my leaky hose faucet, quickly determined that it could not be repaired (rust build-up after 60 years of use), and efficiently installed a more up-to-date faucet. He answered all my questions, looked at other concerns I was wondering about and explained those too in a way that was helpful to me.

I had a fantastic experience with The Gentleman Plumber! Leo came out for sump pump maintenance and let me know that the pump was on its last legs and needed replacement. He offered me pump options through the company but said I could also buy my own pump and he would install it. I went for the latter option and a week later, he was back and got it installed in no time. It was great working with a company that doesn't try to push you towards their option and provides an honest professional opinion. Leo even called me after he left the maintenance appointment and made sure I was buying the right pump and check valve for my house and setup.
