Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

We were so happy with the work J&C did for us! The prices were fair, the professionalism was great and the lighting looks amazing! They replaced our old bathroom fan with a new fan/light and installed all new duct work for proper ventilation! They also installed recess lighting above our shower which definitely brightened up the space. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! Will definitely be using them again!

Very pleased with this general contractor! They handled my renovation with great professionalism and attention to detail. The team was reliable, worked efficiently, and kept everything on track. Communication was clear, and they made sure all my requirements were met. The final result was excellent and worth every penny.

Great costumer service, recommended for everyone who needs property manegement!

Extremely reliable! Always finishes the job early and very easy to communicate with.

The service you provided was beyond the call of duty, respectful and profesional. I will definitely use your services again.

We had a great experience working with the Basata Homes team, very professional, prompt and respectful. Thank you for everything.

Basata Homes did a great job installing our induction cooktop and oven. We were pleased with their work and would definitely consider calling them again.

Basata Homes are my "goto" folks for any work related to my home or my parent's home. No matter the task -- landscaping, backsplashes, plumbing, painting, you name it -- I have always been pleased with their work and the crews are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them to anyone with work around that house that needs doing.

I was in the middle of a very stressful move and needed updates to my Virginia condo before I could sell it. Basata was amazing! It started out as just needing paint and then one problem after another kept surfacing. They took care of everything. They got the condo in great shape and took all of the worry off of my shoulders. All at a reasonable price. I really can't recommend them enough.

Basata added a second story to our house and renovated the first floor and basement. We could not be happier with the outcome. I trust Basata completely. Ricardo gave me great advice, and I felt confident he was always looking out for my best interests. Very responsive and a joy to work with. 100% recommend!

They are absolutely amazing and professional. Cleaned up every day and were fully transparent

Berto, Alex, and the team did a near-complete remodel of our condo in DC, from replacing floors, redoing the bathroom, upgrading kitchen, repainting, redoing lights, and more. They were absolutely fantastic. Every aspect of the work is excellent. They made some very useful suggestions and they problem-solved for several things we were trying to do. They are prompt, excellent at communicating, and go above and beyond. We have had experience before with very good contractors, but Berto, Alex, and the team were the most outstanding we have had.

Berto and his team are fantastic. They have done several projects in my home and he is always professional, well-priced and thorough. We have had the pleasure of working with them for painting, electrical, yard work and home improvement. I have added a few photos that show some of the work.

Jordan had excellent response time to my request for a quote and throughout the renovation process. Jordan and his team were on time, clean, and respectful. The job included beautiful new flooring and electrical work! The job was completed as quoted, with no unexpected charges, and within the time frame promised. Jordan was pleasant to work with and patient with all my questions. He was also extremely kind to my very nosey hound dog!

Believes in the quality of his work and making sure customer is happy.

Excellent work. Very professional. I would highly recommend H Jordan Home Improvement LLC.

Jordan is easy to work with and is very responsive. An excellent communicator. The work done was excellent (LVP and lighting).

Excellent work! Highly recommend! So professional and the quality of work was far beyond my expectations and believe me I aim high!

Jordan and his dad did a fabulous job for me installing a new dishwasher, removing and replacing the kitchen floor tiles for the job. I will readily recommend Jordan to anyone who needs help with home repairs.

I had to have extensive repairs on my large wood workshop/,shed due to dry rot. Jordan did a superb job and I could not be more pleased. He suggested a change in the tope of wood panels which saved me money. He was terrific to work with him and will certainly use him again for any new projects. 5 Stars+
