Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

I had a great experience with H Jordan Home Improvement. I hired them to help me remove a couple of mirrors in my bathroom(plus re-drywall and paint) and install a medicine cabinet. They were timely, professional, charged me a fair price, and did clean work. I’d highly recommend them for any needs you may have, big or small.

A truly exceptional experience with H Jordan Home Improvement. I had a handrail installed in the stairway to the attic and the removal a panel blocking access to the bottom of our kitchen refrigerator. They arrived on time, asked questions on the handrail installations, and completed the project without any delay. The panel removal took 15 min. They completely cleaned the work area before leaving. H Jordan Home Improvement is at the top of my list for any future home improvements.

I was lucky enough to find Jordan. He did an amazing job on installing hardwood, LVP, tons of plumbing, drywall and electrical. He is so professional, kept me informed all along the way and provided several options for everything we encountered. I could not recommend him more! Fantastic work!!

May daughter used H Jordan Home improvement LLC General Contractor in Arlington VA during the last month to complete renovations of her recently purchased town home. He and his crew where very professional and did phenomenal work on several projects including, partial wall removal/restoration, hardwood flooring and LVP installation, sheet rock repair and painting, insulation, electrical and plumbing work, cabinet installation, screen door replacement, fan hanging and many other things. There recommendations were always very thorough, always considering and explaining all cost options, addressing any issues you had and excellent at catching things that needed correcting. There goal is to do it right and prevent down the roads issues. There costs for their service seemed very reasonable. I can't say enough good about how great their service is and how easy they are to work with. I highly recommend them! Thank you H. Jordan

Renovation of 700sq ft condo in Alexandria. Jordan's team had to level and protect my floors before installing this fabulous LVT. Jordan's quote was fair, work was done above expectation, and added on paint to make my home look great. They even identified/fixed some other problems, and all within the timeframe we agreed upon. Will definitely be my first call when I need any home work completed.

The management at this company is rude and behaves unprofessionally.

Professional goal post movers that cannot complete a job. This developer is frugal, extremely slow, very difficult to deal with, callous, highly misleading and not afraid to stick you over with a bad deal that will cost you a lot of money. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have internal funding issues and a dismal reputation amongst general contractors that even say you should stay away. Enter at your own risk with this company - you have been forewarned.

Would not EVER do business with these guys again. I purchased a condo in their latest development and was extremely disappointed in my experience. They were about 2.5 years late on delivery and when they did deliver, the quality of construction was poor for what they marketed as a "luxury property" (thin walls, issues with plumbing and other infrastructure, etc.). They also did not deliver on the appliances they promised. I was expecting an upgraded Kitchenaid dishwasher and they delivered a Whirlpool. When I brought it up, they did not look to fix this pointing to an item number on an invoice when the picture in the brochure used to market appliances clearly showed the Kitchenaid...thus, my appliances don't match.

Everything went as planned and it turned out perfect!

Great ideas, Great work, professional and reliable.
We did several project in our stores and we received work beyond our expectation, highly recommend this company.

I'm so glade that I was referred to Home Run to put an addition about 2000 square foot to my house. I was worried due to my past experience with other
companies but everything went flawless with home run .
Thank you guys and looking forward to work with you again

This builder did a large addition for me in 2008 in Arlington, VA and we are very happy with his work. We enjoy our house and would use this contractor again.

Ultímate professional company, from estimating, communication, timelines, delivery to expertise, cleanliness, artistry and design. Home Run Builders helped me with a number of jobs both interior and exterior and I’m a happy customer! This is a company to be trusted from start to finish.

This company does great work and the design ideas the owner has are awesome! If you need someone that can get the job done, this is it! The design ideas he had for our investment property helped sell it! Thanks for all the hard work that went into this house!

Hamid and his team are the consummate professionals. They are courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, timely, and just great to be around. I always have a great feeling when he and his team are working. I’m doing a two floor addition with a finished attic. At first it seemed daunting, but with his patience and superb skill, brings out the ideas I have and make them waaaaay better! I highly recommend Home Run Builder!

Homerun builders is the best. The quality of his work and fair pricing can’t be beat. He is realistic when evaluating a job, provides excellent value and projects finished on time. They worked on several home projects for us and I would recommend them without hesitation. Hammid offers competitive pricing and his team does excellent work.

Hamid and his team are conscientious, capable, and dependable. HRB's craftsmanship and pricing are second to none and I would recommend them highly.

Hamid did a wonderful job on our home renovation. He was very committed to the job and got it done in record time. The quality of work was excellent and he was committed to getting it right.

Great experience! Direct communication with the owner, Hamid. He was super flexible and creative. He came up with unique solutions for our older house that others we interviewed didn't. Very happy with the finished product and it was fairly priced based on other quotes received.

We had a great experience with Home Run Builder. We used HRB to update and add another floor to our 1950s split level house. The owner came up with a modern and customized plan that was just what we wanted. His crews were polite and professional, and we are thrilled with the results. Would definitely recommend!

Highly professional, very responsive, excellent design ideas and great attention to detail. The crew is experienced and very good at custom work across all remodeling areas (from plumbing to tile work to cabinet making to landscaping). they are also very tidy, quiet and responsive to customer needs.
Projects took a couple more months to complete but this is perhaps unsurprising, given the complexities of the pandemic, shortage of supplies (particularly in summer 2020) and the careful work they do. I will hire them again without hesitation
