40 min for a “deep clean” where window sills were not dusted, rugs not vacuumed, etc. Was shorter, less thorough and nearly 2x more expensive than my standard clean through my usual cleaner. I was also quoted $230 but charged over $100 more.

Arrived an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. When I notified the company about this issue they basically said sorry and offered nothing beyond that. Bleach was tracked onto my shower mat and left it discolored. Otherwise some minor items weren’t dusted off or wiped down.

Very Bad professional work done. Lot of places are not cleaned and marks are left. I was expecting a better service but really disappointed. Even after telling the details some excuses have been given for not doing the job.

I cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely above and beyond what I expected. We just did a move-out clean with them. I was expecting the results to be like other professional cleaning experiences I’ve had, so I had set aside half a day to return to the house and finish cleaning things like the stubborn grease in the kitchen, stains, and other small details I had noticed.

But they got everything! Everything. And the whole team was kind, professional, and friendly.

Their great work gave me back half a day to catch my breath in the midst of a stressful move, and I can’t thank them enough for that.

Carla and her helper were absolutely amazing, professional, kind, very easy to work with and really big difference made my nightmare dirty condo organized and cleaned girls were so kind to me as I am handicapped just from the hospital yesterday I was really sick stayed in hospital all last week. Third appointment update:
Unfortunately, my opinion has very much changed. There were several issues I brought and will mention here that happened during the third appointment.
1. The original agreed upon price was modified without consent or knowledge. I still have not received an explanation on why these charges were added in the first place. To this day I have neither the money nor the returned or an answer on what happened. They keep trying to get me to set up recurring appointments. I’ve said multiple times I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I’ve began disputing the charge since they can’t find time to give me my refund.
2. The maid and daughter team came without any supplies despite the cleaning being a move out and only restricted to the kitchen and living area. They used all of mine and when they ran out of my reach bags, they placed all the trash in empty boxes and then left those boxes inside my apartment without telling me. Fruit flies for DAYS as a result.
3. Professionalism was lacking. They assumed I did not speak Spanish and were actively talking about me or about the cleaning in front of me.

I’ve had the pleasure of using call cleaning twice for move out and move in cleanings for two different apartments. The process to set up the appointment is pretty simple and the company is responsive. They’re willing to work with your schedule. The maids are kind and efficient! Will be setting up a third appointment very soon :)

My place is small and cluttered with antiques, however the young ladies did such an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned everything, even build up on the cap to the dish soap was cleaned. The bathroom was perfection itself, every surface was sparkling clean. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a great job!
