Very friendly and professional.I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. They are very thorough and always ask if there is anything else they can address that may have been missed. Muhammad was quite helpful in explaining and accommodating my requests.

Cleaning Collection is by far one of the best cleaning services we have ever used for our clients homes. They were able to get us on their schedule last minute and do a full move out clean. Excellent customer service and great attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely nice. They really cared and listened when I talked to them about my pain points. They were very thorough and did a really good job. I’m now booked for a recurring clean once a month. If you book a recurring clean you get a great discount! Definitely hire them.

The company is incredibly professional and were able to work with me through not one, but two unexpected scheduling conflicts that arose from maintenance being done in my building. Had a positive experience. Felt very comfortable and safe with these folks cleaning my apartment, and they arrived in time. They accommodated a couple small requests. Missed one small thing but they'll get it next time and it was minor. It's hard to find quality cleaners in this area, so definitely recommend this one if you live near Arlington. They're professional and very good at communicating.
