The crew has been wonderful. They are very flexible, do a great job and put up with our sometimes busy and chaotic life. They are also super reasonably priced. I am grateful to have found this cleaning service.

Beatriz and her team are amazing! They are so thorough and don’t leave a corner untouched — not even in our crazy home with two little kids and a dog. On weeks we are traveling they usually find something to deep clean for us as well. Plus the team are so warm and friendly. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed!

The tenure of service speaks for itself but beyond the care and reliability are the people who are the face of the company...the cleaners. They have been as remarkably warm and courteous as they have been hard working and thorough. Beatriz, the owner, runs a well oiled and compassionate organization and is very responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. We have been with this company for about seven years and have never once been anything less than amazed with it's quality of work. They do not miss a detail.

We moved from a townhouse to a single family home farther out. I fully expected Beatriz to use the opportunity to finally start charging us rates comparable to other companies. Nope. Still a great deal and wow!! The team did a deep clean that made the new house feel like home.

We have used A Cleaning Service for special clean out as well (hello gross fridge). The team never disappoints.

Did I mention they are also super pet friendly? Cat litter and fur is gone-people say they don't realize I even have pets. And Beatriz is always flexible if I need to move around dates for a clean for some reason. Like Mom coming into town.

A Cleaning Service has cleaned my home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the last 4 years. I am very happy with the service. The crew is reliable, efficient, thorough, pleasant, and trustworthy. The price is reasonable and the experience is superior to other cleaning services I have used in the past. When I have needed to make occasional adjustments to the schedule, the team has been accommodating. I also hired them for two move-out deep cleans and was very happy with the results. I highly recommend!

The A Cleaning Service team does a fantastic job and is very professional. Beatriz is very easy to communicate with and responds in a very timely manner.

The kitchen sink was not cleaned well, crumbs were pushed into the corner of the kitchen, there were streaks on the bathroom mirrors, and fronts of kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, all of which is listed on the website as part of scope. Extremely disappointed in the services.

Update: the owner never responded and offered to come back- they are trying to cover themselves in public review comments (see attached to which they never responded). Additionally we intended to do the monthly service but were disappointed and canceled. We are now using another cleaning service monthly and are much happier, and have had much better communication along with better service for a similar rate.

Call Cleaning Collection does an amazing job. Good value for excellent service. They really helped me with a move out clean when I moved to Raleigh. I was worried we wouldn’t get our security deposit back, but they came to the rescue!
