During that time, Beatriz has been just stellar and her crews, excellent. I have not one complaint, just praise. Look no farther if you need help cleaning!

A Cleaning Service did a great job! It's rare for me to write reviews unless I feel someone went above and beyond to provide me exceptional service and a cleaning service did that. I was looking for a cleaning service that would pay attention to detail and be able to get out tough stains. I needed someone who would be careful on hardwood floors and know how to treat carpets. I recently moved out of an apartment of a brand new building. I was the first tenant so they were expecting the apartment to look the same as when it was rented to me. The building even left me a list of what my cleaning charges could look like and it was really expensive. I have 2 dogs, a cat and two birds and all animals had left behind a big mess. I'm a horrible cook so you can only imagine what the stove top and oven looked like. I had mud stains throughout each room and feathers from my birds in hard to reach areas. After reading many reviews and comparing prices, I decided to go with a cleaning service. They were super easy to schedule, on time and fast. They did an amazing job. You would have never been able to tell someone lived there, especially all the animals!. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I was unsure to about hiring a service with COVID concerns, but felt comfortable immediately once I met the ladies, who were promptly at my door on time and ready to start the job, fully masked and gloved. We have been using ACS for 10 months now. The staff is very professional, flexible with our scheduling, always on time and friendly. The price is very reasonable. When I have told Rita who cleans our house how impressed we were with the results, she always tells me that she cleans it as if it were her own home. That's pretty special!

The prices are affordable, stable and Beatriz, the owner is the best! The service is customized to my preferences so they focus on the kitchen and bathroom and they change my sheets.

We have been with A Cleaning Service for more years than I can remember ... at least 15 years. First, in our condo in DC; now in our house in MD. Much of the time it was with the same crew. So new people coming in and out has not been a problem. We discontinued service during the pandemic but it has been a relief to have recently restarted it. It is a different crew than we had before. But regardless of the crew, the service has always been reliable and friendly. I don't think there was ever a time they missed an appointment. And when we have had to reschedule, they have been accommodating to our schedule. Most of the time when they come we are not even home. Yet, we have NEVER had an issue with anything going missing so I don't have to give that a second thought. In fact, they sometimes find change under the couch cushions and leave it where we will find it. While they use some of our supplies like rags, that is at OUR request to prevent cross-contamination between clients. If we had not been completely satisfied we never would have stayed with them so long!

We've been using A Cleaning Service for several years now. They do a great job cleaning our house - my Mom is 95 years old and the staff is unfailing kind to her (she' a little mixed up sometimes). They are always responsive to any special requests we have had. Unlike our previous cleaners, over all these years, we have never had ANY problems with these ladies. They come and do their work quickly and thoroughly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
