Incredible work. Extremely diligent. On time. Quick response times & I feel like I have a new house because of how clean the air is. I am writing this review 5 days after and I feel like I can smell my candles again. And the duct is now minimal to none. If you’re contemplating on getting a duct cleaning stop because I did for months. And finally did a ton or research and went with Air Duct Vents because of the customer service and follow up I received even before the service was done. My dryer was not working well. An appliance repairman identified the problem as a completely full dryer vent, a serious fire hazard. Air Duct Vent LLC put me on their schedule for 5:15 that very evening (!) to accommodate my schedule, and quickly remediated a potentially dangerous situation. He was efficient, thorough, reasonably priced, and very kind. I definitely recommend Air Duct Vent!!

We hired Air Duct-Vent to do duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning in our four-story townhome and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a home service contractor. Boujemaa was easy to communicate with and gave me a great price. Jamaal, the technician, was also outstanding. He showed up right on time, made sure I understood what he was doing and showed me pictures of the ducts before and after cleaning. He also was very careful lugging the heavy equipment up all of the stairs and made sure he cleaned up after the duct work was finished. Highly recommend this company.

Lowe's did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent. They were on time, explained what they would do and did a thorough job. I was very pleased.

Polite tech showed up as scheduled. He briefly explained what he was doing. However no before or after pictures were shown to me. So not sure how clean the system was/is. He did both the house and dryer and was only hear about 90 minutes, half the time estimated for the average cleaning. I hope I did not get a tech interested in getting done early on a Friday afternoon. Would also recommend techs wear booties or take off shoes while working . Too early for me to tell if anything of benefit was realized

Alex, did an amazing job. He was professional, arrived on time, and was willing and ABLE to answer all my questions. Alex showed me the before and after photos and recommended when I should have my next service.
