Jose called to say he would be a bit late. When he arrived he went straight to work and worked non stop for about 3-1/2 hrs. Our ducts were a mess but they look brand new now. He did a great job.

Ivan was awesome and very professional! He showed me before and after pictures of all the ducts and registers. Was in and out in a few hours. Highly recommend!

The service technician was on time and did an excellent job. He made sure to take pictures of the condition of my vents before and after. Even though I clean the lint out of my dryer before each load, the vent going outside held quite a bit of lint.

Professional, effective, transparent, efficient service! Upon making the appointment, I received a text message letting me know that Belman was my assigned technician as well as the appointment window. Belman contacted me with 15 minutes notice before arriving, reviewed the situation, advised how I can adjust the dryer vent ducting to make cleaning easier in the future, and promptly cleaned the duct and sent me a receipt upon payment. I was very impressed and pleased with their service from start to finish!

I’ve used Lowe’s to clean several homes as a property manager and have always been extremely satisfied with the entire team. From communication and transparency to taking precaution not to scratch up the walls when moving heavy equipment in and out, they’ve exceeded expectations. Lowe’s Air Duct cleaning provided excellent service. Their team was professional and courteous. they have transparent pricing, their technician explained all the cleaning options thoroughly. And we decided to go with the additional service. Our furnace and bathroom fans needed deep cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I hired Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning to clean my dryer vent. The technician they sent, Jose, provided professional service with courtesy and consideration of my home. He took his shoes off without asking and showed up on time. He even patched an existing leak in my dryer vent. I would recommend these guys, especially if they send Jose.

Second time we have used Lowe’s and they surely go above and beyond. Amazing work.

Scheduled a cleaning. They texted me that they had to cancel, so we rescheduled. They called me day of to tell me they needed to move time sooner or later, so we moved to 5-6pm arrival time. The window went by with no call, so I called the office and was told it will be 30 to 40 more minutes. I shouldn't have had to call at all, they should have kept me in the loop. Wasted time with them. Not rescheduling.

Alex was great! He cleaned my air ducts that hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. He was very nice, accommodating and efficient. Lowe’s was also very responsive when I reached out for an appointment. Also liked how they gave me a set price of $399 and didn’t add any hidden fees or up charges like other companies would have. Definitely recommend!
