Our ducts had never been cleaned that we know of and we have lived in our house for 6 years (home was built in 1987). We also did a major renovation last year and wanted to get rid of all the construction dust! Ernesto did a fantastic job. He was on time, thorough and cleaned up after himself in every room. Highly recommend!

I honestly didn't even know what to expect, having never even thought about cleaning vents on any of our past homes. But, when our dryer alert went off that it needed cleaning, we did a little research and discovered Lowe's. But not only did we have them clean the dryer hose, but also the ducts throughout the house, based on a recommendation from a friend. And wow were the before and after photos enlightening. Even better than that, the person they sent over was incredibly polite, considerate and meticulous. Hence my 5 star review.

Lowe’s tech was very professional. He arrived early and cleaned up after each vent. Lowe’s has cleaned other properties for me and the before and after pictures make a huge difference. Thank you once again for your services. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a three story townhouse, built in 80’s. The house has three returns and 14 vents. Previous owner had cats and my home inspector told us to do the duct cleaning, if any one in the home is allergic to cats. David from Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning showed up way before the scheduled time and started working right away. I was curious about the cleaning and through out the process, I was standing and watching. The AC ducts seemed to be never cleaned before. David took before and after pictures. I never thought the AC ducts would be this much dirty and filthy. After cleaning they looked pretty nice and cleaned. David did great job professionally and answered all my questions very politely. I am so happy that I cleaned the ducts before I moved in. I recommend everyone to clean the AC ducts and dryer vents. Also, if you plan to stay with the cleaning guy and watch, please wear a mask. Lowe’s should also tell their workers to wear mask. So I wanted to get my air ducts cleaned out so I did some searching around and I came up to Lowes air duct cleaning. I read some reviews and all I can remember was that this guy JAVIER was being so praised on how well he did his job plus they had good ratings so I went with them. I was so glad it was JAVIER and the people were right he was excellent he did a great job took pictures of everything he cleaned out and was so professional but more importantly he was just a friendly person give this guy a raise lol. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who want to get their air ducts cleaned.

This service is wonderful. The team was courteous and worked well in a white glove environment. The air smelled cleaner and felt lighter after the service. Also, our clothes dryer works like new since they cleaned the vent. We highly recommend this company and their services.

My tech was 2 hours late getting here. He talked on the phone nonstop. When he was done he informed me that they don’t clean the vents. Left one on the floor so I could clean it. I bought cheap I got cheap. Live and learn.

Javier was great and very helpful! He provided professional customer service and explained how everything was going to work with the cleaning and sanitization. Javier showed me how the painters stained our main ventilation system; but he was able to clean everything else with a sparkling shine. He arrived on time and the job was completed within 2hrs. Oswaldo called me prior to arrival, then he arrived on time. He conducted a walk-through of the house while waiting for Jessica. Oswaldo and Jessica were awesome. They were very professional, courteous and focused. They were very thorough. When the job was completed Oswaldo showed me the before and after pictures. What a big difference.

They called to confirm the appt the night before, but never anything about the process. The tech brought in a huge hepa vac that was so heavy, my basement stairs were bending. He plugged the vacuum, hepa vac, and a rotating tool in 3 different outlets.The circuit breaker blew at least 8 times. Also, he said he would put a hole in the plenum to attach the hepa vac. This is so all the debris that is cleaned out of the ducts will go down to the furnace and get sucked out. I checked after he left. No hole. He also didnt do all the heating ducts. The reason I gave a 2 star is he seem to be a hard worker. Lastly, never got before and after pics, which it stated in the ad that he would show me. Suggestions:
1. Tell customers the process.
2. Get generators
3. Get long flexible tubes to kept heavy bulky hepa vac on truck.
4. Look closely and hard for all ducts!
5. Don't forget to show pics!

Ivan did a great job, my house smelled way better the moment I walked inside. I just bought this place and there was probably a decade of dog hair in the ducts that he spent a lot of time making sure it was all out of there. I wasn’t home to meet him, so he made sure to keep me updated on everything before proceeding over the phone and sent pics throughout the process. I’m glad I don’t have to breathe in all of that anymore. Highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we've used Lowe's and had an amazing experience once again. Luis was a kind technician and went above and beyond. He was understanding of our need to use our back entrance due to recent concrete work, and was able to work around our dogs with ease.

Really great experience with Oswaldo cleaning both our HVAC systems and dryer vent today. Everything was done efficiently and with courtesy and care. We have a cat, and he even took the time to ensure the door to the garage was secured safely as he was working for the safety of our pet. Pricing was transparent and there were no surprise. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the customer service was great and the tech was very professional. Further, the pricing seemed very fair and they were able to get the job scheduled quickly.

My issues are that the website said we would get before and after pictures of the ducts to show the cleaning which we didn’t receive. While this wouldn’t be that big of an issue, I’m seeing a lot of dirt coming out of the ducts especially from vents that are in the ceiling or high on the wall. It seems that the duct cleaning may have cleaned some but loosened more that was left behind which is pretty disappointing. I don’t know that I would use them again.

TLDR: lots of dirt coming from ducts after the cleaning.
