Scheduled Online and showed up on time. Technician was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done to repair my A/C unit. Cleaned and inspected the 2nd unit as well. Pricing was up front and no surprises.

On short notice, we called CIMCO because a friend had recommended them. They came out quickly and looked over the entire system. We were worried that we would be hit with "You really need to replace your whole system!" Not with them, quickly fixed the problem and made some recommendations on how to extend the life of our aging system. They also suggested ways to adjust how we were changing filters, etc. The price was VERY reasonable and they have a loyal client in us.

The CIMCO Associate came on the day of the appointment. I was notified when he was on his way, and was notified when the work was completed.

We had a new heat pump out it. Del made the whole process as easy as possible. He was there the very next day to look at and give us an estimate. We had questions comparing products to other companies and he went above and beyond to answer them. He is truly the nicest, most genuine guy, no pressure to buy. Our heat pump was installed less than a week later. Collin and Rudy (installers)were very professional. They took great pride in keeping everything clean and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

CIMCO has taken care of our HVAC needs for several years. Their service and communication are first-class!

They inspected the units on our new home purchase, then the unit died 6mo later. We called them to please come and take a look at the unit. They said it was a "piece of machinery" and could die anytime without warning. They provided NO assistance, and were only willing to come out again of they got more $$$$. They were sarcastic, and unpleasant to speak with. We do not recommend doing business with this company!!!

Great service! With my new heat pump, my electric bill was down to $39 this month! Had all my questions answered and don't hesitate to come out and check on things (or educate you on your new thermostat).

i called this morning to inquire about having someone come out to do a service check on my Mom's AC unit. I called at 11:30 am. By 2:30 pm the same day, the service check was finished (the technician found a clogged drain). Outstanding customer service from the young lady I spoke with to set the appointment to the service technician that worked on the unit. All of this in the middle of a horrible heat wave. I fully expected to have to wait at least a couple of days to see someone. Instead in a matter of 3 hours from the time I called, it was done! Thanks so much! I WILL refer anyone I can to you guys!

Cimco replaced my old HVAC system. The job required pulling larger lines from one side of the house to another through walls and sub flooring. What could have been a mess was a clean install executed with precision and efficiency. Their mechanics were professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Highly recommended for all HVAC needs.

When another company wanted to sell us a whole new system, a friend recommended Cimco and they came out and, it turned out to only be a $75 part. Because of that, they have maintained our home's mechanical system for years. When it finally came time to replace a heat pump, Del and his installers were out right away and the new system is so efficient that we have already seen a decrease in our electric bill. Any time someone is looking for a referral, I always tell them to call Cimco.
