Cimco replaced our HVAC units about 3 years ago and had to come back multiple times due to leaks, etc, but were responsive and ultimately fixed the problems. Now 3 years later we contacted them for a problem with an attic fan and did not have a good experience at all. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, but the quote was higher than expected so I asked for time to get other quotes and they then billed me a $110 diagnostic fee which was not discussed, then raised the quote price $100 and were rude on the phone. I would go elsewhere for your business, there are better options in RVA.

Can’t say enough positive things about the service, expertise and quality of work form Cimco!! Del and Jimmy were excellent and supported us with quick responses; spent ample time in helping us diagnose an issue and went out of there way to help to determine if it was covered under warranty. They not only fixed our issue but the technician also found another problem and fixed that while explaining everything in adequate detail and ensuring me everything was resolved.

We had a very good experience with the Cimco team. Our very old hvac system kicked the can a few years ago and after collecting a few quotes, the Cimco team offered us the best deal. Moreover, they personally delivered us a large space heater on loan for free while we were without heat because we had young children and the temperatures were very low at night. That was before we even agreed to hire them! They did the work quickly and we have not had any issues with the new system since install. I definitely recommend them.

The service tech (Jordan) was great, the pricing is very expensive. If I had known of their pricing (my fault), I would have called someone else.

Bobby with Cimco did a clean job and stayed late to get the job done. He was honest and explained each step of the way. Even when problems arose he was quick to respond back and remedy the situation. You can tell that Bobby values quality work and wants to do it the right way.

Susan got me scheduled quickly. Jordan was here on time. He listened to my concerns then did his testing. Gave me a boost of gas to get the system up to speed. Presented options and we agreed on the next steps. Now the unit is running as expected. The CIMCO team comes thru again.

Our Church decided to have a mini-split installed in a building that we use for various activities. We asked three companies for a bid and decided on Cimco.

The unit was installed within a week of our Board accepting Cimco's bid. Del Wilhite planned and supervised the job which was performed by Collin and Rudy. I met with them the morning that the work was performed, and they answered all of my questions. I was notified that afternoon that the work was complete, and pictures were sent of the components in place.

I was impressed by the caring and professional attitude of the employees, including Susan who talked with me several times from the main office. Additionally, the price was very reasonable.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend Cimco.
