From start to finish this company was professional and responsive. We had them come clean my company’s carpet in our office and they were able to work our our office hours so they wouldn’t be in here while customers were. Robert Davis was our tech and he was awesome and really knew his stuff! He explained everything he was going to do, our stains were pretty set in and they had to come back to retreat the stains after it dried. He was very professional and got it taken care of for use super quick. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I can especially because of Robert!

Super customer service. April and Rose followed up with me before and after my services. I found this by reviews. Kept seeing technician Will was amazing, the best. So reading those is why I called. I was also luckily enough to even get Will. Reviews were correct. He was amazing, very nice and thorough. Customer service will always win my vote. I even cut flowers from my garden and put it in a jar for Will to give his wife. Thank you.

Hello! I had Eco carpet pro cleaning Associate come over and clean up the carpet. He was a tall black man and it’s unfortunate that I forgot his name because he did such an amazing job on my carpet. He made conversation, made sure me and my family felt comfortable, And was able to get stains out of my carpet that I had been struggling with for years. I had forgot that my appointment was set, and he waited almost an hour to make sure that my carpet was clean. The carpet looks flawless and originally I was hesitant to join the company, but I am so glad that I made the decision and I hope that I get the same technician again because he was amazing.
