So happy we decided to go with this company! After getting quoted $1200 to fix our pool (just moved in after months of no use), we decided get a second opinion and found Pool Service Advisors, which offered to give us an extensive pool care lesson (newbies) for a fraction of the price! Don was very helpful, thorough in his explanations and answered all of our questions. Your tech, Jaris did a wonderful job in cleaning our carpets and rug. He was very meticulous and restored the carpets and rug to that brand new look appearance. He was so thorough that he literally went down on his hands and knees to manually scrub a tough rug stain.

We used EcoCarpet for a move out requirement but I wish we had done it before. They were so helpful and professional from the moment I requested information to after the work was completed. Shawn with the scheduling worked with us to find a time to get the work done around the crazy moving schedule. Bobby the cleaner was great, he was so upfront with us on everything even wrote stuff on the invoice to help us out in case the property managers fought with us. Bobby even accommodated out needs in cleaning the carpets in an order we requested and got every stain out that was possible.
All in all I would definitely use this company again and would recommend him to others

Had the pleasure of having Mr. Rob Davis be my technician. He was not only ontime but a few hours early which as a night shift worker I greatly appreciated. Mr. Davis was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft, and was patient with answering my many questions about the cleaning process. Because of such excellent service and experience I will be a repeat customer.

Chris and Willies teamwork.is outstanding. They cleaned my carpets as if ot was their own home. They are professional, amd very knowledgeable in this industry. He was very honest and did not try to sell me a lot of unnecessary cleaning options. He called prior to arriving letting me know he was on his way and when he arrived explained the process of cleaning the carpets. The carpets came out great and all of the stains were gone! Our carpets hadn't been cleaned for a few years and had some old stains. The technician managed to get them all out and the carpet looks beautiful. We actually had one stubborn stain and he came back and took care of it.

The technician was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call this company again for future cleaning needs. I don't like using chemicals in my home and these natural products worked perfectly and left no odor.

When given a window arrival time that spans three hours I always expect companies to show at the last min NOT THIS ONE. Rob Davis and Will bell arrived early and ready to work... very professional and personable... they gave us a run down of what they would be doing and within an hour had both rugs done and deodorized... . Allowing the rest of my day to be free.( Love that )They told us what to expect for the next few days and how to best care for our rugs during the drying process.. cleaned up and were gone without a trace...

Carpet looks like new again. He was very professional and efficient. Bobby answered my questions, moved furniture and spot-treated stains.
