Don is absolutely the best! He is very knowledgeable and if he is uncertain of an issue he will go above and beyond to make sure he figures out the problem! I’m very hapy and satisfied w his services. He responds quickly and is very very helpful in explaining what’s going on. It’s very clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care. I def would recommend them if you’re looking for dependable and professional services!

Couldn’t ask for a better guy to help you with opening and closing your pool. My wife and I are first time pool owners. Our pool was Greene and Gross. We’re getting things quickly squared away, and we know how to operate all the equipment and all the important things to do. Hire them, and don’t think twice!

We’ve had an amazing experience working with Don and his son Ryan! We recently worked with Don to get a new pool liner, and from the start of the process, he was incredibly helpful and transparent in explaining the process and the prices every step of the way. Don took the time to explain all of our options (like foam or no foam on the walls behind the liner, the potential and cost for vermiculite, and the liner thickness) and he answered all of our questions and never pressured us to a “more expensive” product, which I think is a testament to his honesty and integrity. A major plus is his prompt and diligent communication. Also, we have a Fox brand pool— he knows and works with Fox brand pools! We’ve had such a great experience and will definitely be using this company for our future pool needs!

Don was amazing! I was having an issue with my system and he walked me through the entire thing on the phone. He did this free of charge and offered me a lot of useful advice. I scheduled time for him to come out and help me learn how to do some maintenance things on my pool. He gave me great tips and showed me how to keep things running smoothly. Very knowledgeable and a very nice person.

Highly recommend Don with Pool Service Advisors! He’s based out of Chesapeake and has helped me with opening and closing my pool as well as changing out my pool media. Every time he’s been professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and great at what he does. It’s hard to find people who really know pools and take pride in their work, but Don definitely does. He explains everything clearly, shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done right. If you need pool service, definitely give him a call!
