I purchased a Groupon for this company. I always Read all the fine print closely on Groupons because of the exclusions etc. This company said they will provide service 17 mi from their zip code 23320. Like I always do I looked it up on Google maps. 23320 to my home address and it was exactly 17 mi on Google maps. I called to set up an appointment and it took me a half dozen calls to get someone on the phone. But, no big deal, I set up my appointment and went on about my business. 2 days later I get a call back saying they cannot clean my carpets because I'm out of the zip code radius. I sent a screenshot of the Google maps saying 17 mi and the gentleman on the phone said he there was nothing you could do, his boss is strict on this. His boss was saying it was 20.2 mi away. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was out of town. Horrible customer service, shady company. Why have a Groupon if you are not going to honor them. My day ended spending 30 minutes trying to find a way to contact Groupon customer service because they have no phone customer support anymore. Funtimes.

Carl deserves Zero stars. He is NOT a star!Scheduled weeks in advance for two stairwells to be cleaned for my move out. Confirmed on the phone initially. Day draws near, didn't hear back after several calls, Didn't hear anything from text messaging. Voice mail was full. No call no show. Carl left me high and dry this morning!!! 😡

He Came to Clean the carpet, I gave him a bottled water after he was complete and when it was time to pay for his services he did NOT accept card payments, ONLY cash. Is does not state this anywhere however; my father was only 10 minutes away to come pay with cash. He accepted the water and went to wait in his truck. Upon my father’s arrival, he told my father that he had called the police because “he doesn’t play about his money, but called them off because he had arrived!” When I just explained to this man that my father was on his way with cash for the payment. My father and I both thought he was joking until we saw the police come a make u- turn away from my home. (*Cringe) After getting his payment he notices that my father is also a contractor and asked for a business card for his home improvement , and my father declined. The carpet looks good but his level of professionalism is very poor. We Would not recommend to anyone we know.

My carpet was a bit overdue for a cleaning and now it feels brand new! The house just feels better. Fair pricing and professional customer service. I would consider myself a lifelong customer from here on out.

They honestly impressed me so much! They had a full schedule but still fit me in last minute because I was short on time and in desperate need of a carpet cleaner. They were very quick, efficient, and super inexpensive. For sure recommend them. They left my carpets smelling nice, fresh, and beautiful. 4 rooms for $40? Can’t beat it.

This man can clean a carpet he’s professional, in time, and promised me he could save my carpet from replacement. I had 4 dogs dog sitting they dedicated & urinated for a week on the carpet I tried cleaning using all kinds of chemicals nothing worked but icons professional services made it happen my carpet is cleaned smells great I’m amazed with his ability to clean & take the bad smells totally away. So any pet owners that can’t get smell out of your carpet call Icons professional carpet cleaning I give it 5 stars all the way.

Do Not Use this service through Groupon. At first, the man I spoke with sounded very accommodating saying he will swing by since it’s a small job, but then kind of blew me off. I ended up scheduling an appointment that was a month out (only because I have purchased through Groupon). Called the company the morning of the appointment and left a voicemail to confirm they will be there that day to ensure I had furniture moved and ready. It was a no call/no show situation. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Carl was great! Such a kind gentleman and super great at what he does. He was able to get all the nasty stains from the previous resident and pets out of the carpets and make it all look brand new. I will be booking again!
