Got our hallway done today. Lazaro and Darnell were awesome! Tried to go on the website to leave a review, couldn’t figure it out. Anyways, my wife and I have worked with a lot of different contractors and companies since moving in to our home and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences. They were kind, quick and went above and beyond out expectations. Thank you so much!

Lazar did such an amazing job at our Pembroke Towers building!! I am overly impressed. He did our hallways and tile for the building! looks great!! The gym floors are impeccable. This guy is amazing. I seen him on hands and knees ensuring to get every inch cleaning, I love it. Should have him come out more to our building! we can not stop raving— love his work!

I had called last minute to schedule a carpet cleaning and i had Devant and LA come out within 20 minutes of me calling. Both men were friendly, respectful, and professional. They took their time and did a great job. Didn't feel like they rushed to get in and out like some places I had come out before. I will definitely be calling to get my carpet clean from them from now on. Thank you agian for your great work Devant and LA

Our carpet was in bad shape with two kids running around on it constantly. East Coast had an appointment available the very next day after I called and the price was so reasonable. Darnell called me when he was on his way and he and LA were both great - friendly, courteous and FAST! I'm not kidding when I say my carpet looks (almost) brand new again - thrilled with the condition the cleaning left it in. Thanks Darnell, LA, and Lisa at East Coast for a great experience! They did an amazing job and even went the extra mile to ensure proper replacement vents were ordered by the property maintenance staff here! The heating/cooling system is way more efficient now! Customer service was excellent and professional while still being friendly. If in need, I would DEFINITELY use them again.
