East Coast Carpet has been a life saver for us! They have always been quick to respond to anything we need, have given us honest opinions on carpet replacement or pet treatments when needed. We will be using them for quite a while! Highly recommend!

My window was 9-1 Brad called exactly 9am and was ready he was super nice..my carpet is apartment grade and pretty old its much cleaner than it was and he gave me pointers to help it stay that way think I might do it again in 6 months

Received a voucher from my apartment complex to have my carpet cleaned from this company this month. The guy was in and out in under 20 mins.. and it’s 3 bedroom apartment. Let’s just say, I have another appointment to have my carpet clean through a different company.

This was the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They were so communicative from the beginning through email about scheduling to the tech calling on his way over. The techs did a fantastic job and the company even called afterwards to make sure everything went well.

Keith is AMAZING! Had a random leak from Hurricane Ian so I called on a Saturday and he was there within an hour! Explained everything in detail to me and job was well followed-up and completed within 2 days. Price was UNBEATABLE. Call them first, you won't be sorry!

Lost my whole entire apartment deposit ($1,077) because of this company. They lied by stating there was “excessive pet urine” and therefore the carpet needed to be replaced. We have a 7 year old lab who is professionally trained and has NEVER EVER had an accident in the home past the age of 1 year. Very rarely he has had small bouts of acid reflux. The two times that has happened we immediately cleaned it with cleaner. At best, the carpet could’ve used a steam clean NOT a full replacement- but why would a company steam clean when they could make more money by just replacing the carpet?

We have used East Coast Carpets for years to clean resident apartment homes. They do excellent work and pay attention to every detail. They also do dryer vent cleaning which has been incredibly helpful. We have been working with John for years and we found out he took a couple days off. We were heartbroken, because he is a favorite. A technician Micah came out to do some work for us. He was professional, had a great attitude and was wearing his PPE which we all appreciated. We also appreciated his positive attitude and will to help us on short notice. Thank you to Lisa and her team! They always make us feel we are a priority going above and beyond.

This company and employees are the Best !! I will say that as a property I have been using them for 8 years now and I've maybe had 2 issues and they fixed them that day ! This company is always wonderful its the only one that we use now after trying many others to find a reliable carpet care company.We have 3 dogs and they always come to the rescue . We've been using them now for many years. We've also used them for our mattress and other things in the house. Great prices and great work consistently. Thank you East Coast.
